One of the foundations of a healthy society is a healthy family. A healthy family is a family based on friendship and intimacy and trust of members towards each other. Today, family, especially family health, has become one of the important components of economic and social development. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying family health challenges among the citizens of Mamsani cityThis research has been done qualitatively and data analysis in the framework of grounded theory. The studied population was all people over 18 years of age who are married. The sampling method was purposeful and theoretical, and theoretical saturation was achieved by conducting interviews with 15 people. By coding the data, 101 open codes were extracted, which were further classified into 12 cohesive categories based on the shared meaningThe findings show that the central phenomenon of this study is "HamIt is a song of value/opinions and security. The causal conditions governing this phenomenon include four categories: "Management of expectations", "Acceptance of reality", "Existential-material security" and "Psychological/emotional security". The ruling platforms are "being together and becoming one", "meeting social needs" and "accepting differences and being respected". Intervening conditions on the central phenomenon are also defined as three categories: "proper treatment", "having fairness/honesty" and "existence of law and following it in life". The strategies adopted against the central phenomenon are the adoption of "cooperation and empathy" and "far-sighted/future-minded lifestyle" as a result of which we see consequences such as "moral consequences, emotional/psychological consequences and social consequences" .The results of this study showed that it is necessary to adopt and overcome family practices such as value harmony and providing optimal job security, including broadening and generalizing the values and normative system that is efficient and useful in the service of the family and providing and laying the foundation in In order to increase the stability and stabilization of the job and income status, and in this way, family health can be improved
