Introduction: Despite advances in disability studies, there are significant gaps in our knowledge and understanding of disability and normal / healthy living. This is quite evident in numerous studies conducted around the world. So further studies in the field of disability and a normal healthy life can help fill the knowledge gap and can also help support social policy change. In other words, studies of disability and progress in disability social policy depend on empirical research and valid normative reasoning, not on slogans, claims, or anecdotes; Therefore, in order for the results of social and political activities to improve the lives and living conditions of people with disabilities, valid empirical studies and research in the field of disability / disability should be conducted or previous studies should be reviewed. Undoubtedly, the study of scientific trends requires the recognition of existing models and the provision of appropriate solutions with the integration and analysis of conventional knowledge. In other words, Studies in the field of life and social activity of people with disabilities have grown significantly in recent decades around the world; In such a way that with the explosion of information in this field and the up-to-date information in this field, it is not possible to master all aspects of the problem (normal / healthy life). Therefore, combined research that presents the extract of studies and research in this field to researchers in a systematic and scientific manner, seems necessary and inevitable. The present study aims to systematically analyze disability and dimensions related to social life. Therefore, this study seeks to understand the indicators and components involved in the phenomenon of normal / healthy life of people with disabilities in foreign studies and backgrounds by using meta-combination.
Methods: This study seeks to understand the indicators and components involved in the phenomenon of healthy living of people with disabilities in foreign studies and backgrounds by using meta-combination. At this stage, researchers have explored previous research in the field of social life of people with disabilities in the world (English language studies) and in this way, the seven-step method of Sandlowski and Barroso (2007) has been used. Various parameters such as what, when, and how the method is used to set the research question. In this study, the following questions were examined: 1- Typology of social life patterns of people with disabilities; 2- Identifying the main dimensions of social life patterns of people with disabilities; 3- Causes and contexts of social life patterns of people with disabilities; Now, to answer the questions raised in the first phase of the meta-combination, researchers use keywords such as disability and lifestyle, health-oriented lifestyle, normal/ good or healthy life, daily life, social interactions, social welfare, health, etc. From 2000 to 2021, a search was made, and 322 foreign articles were finally found. were initially reviewed and finally 75 researches were selected. Of these studies, only 3 studies (equal to 4%) have been published as dissertations / dissertations and the rest (72 cases equal to 96%) have been published in the form of articles; The focus of this research is on European and other modern societies around the world
Findings: The pattern of social life is not the same for people with disabilities and varies according to the culture of the communities and the type of disability. In general, three types of social life patterns of people with disabilities are presented: Type 1: Independent life pattern (relative independence) Others are not. Type 2: Supportive living pattern: In this pattern, people with disabilities need to be supported by the community and others in order to be able to be present in society. And the third type is the protective / controlling life model, in which the disabled person is dependent on others and needs the care of others (family and acquaintances) and the full support of the welfare system to maintain and protect them from harm and training to achieve They have the minimum of life. Normal / healthy living is different among people with disabilities from other members of society and this lifestyle is classified into six dimensions of social interaction, participation in society, mental health, nutrition, physical activity and health and leisure. Question 3: By reviewing the findings of previous researches several times, the background and context of the formation of lifestyles of people with disabilities were examined. Interpretation and integration of studies into six main factors, including socio-cultural, economic-managerial, political and legal factors, health, technology and individual and psychological factors, which are briefly described below.
Discussion: First of all, it must be acknowledged that measuring disability is one of the most enduring challenges in understanding the impact of social environment on disability among individuals in society; That is, the disability of individuals in different societies influenced by the attitude of society, facilities and resources available, supportive policies and... Increases or decreases. However, these studies show that people with the disorder are on the rise more dramatically than in the past, and that future generations are more likely to suffer from illness or accident, which will eventually lead to disability. Therefore, effective mechanisms to reduce the effects of disability on the social life of these people need to be identified and implemented. In general, it can be acknowledged that the causes of many problems related to life, health and lifestyle are socio-structural factors that may be beyond the control of the disabled person and even family members. Therefore, it can be said that the healthy social life of people with disabilities depends on the attitude of society and social policies that are adapted from the socio-historical conditions of society. Hence, rethinking and rethinking disability is inevitable. The view of many societies today is focused on the healthy person and not the disabled, in such circumstances the disabled person is not considered as a citizen but as a socio-economic expense and is considered a third-class citizen, in such circumstances it is necessary to take an interactive approach. The ground for structural rethinking of disability is provided, that is, people with disabilities will not have a place in the social sphere unless they are legally and structurally supported. Therefore, with the structural rethinking of Ramineh, interaction with disabled and healthy people in the field and field of action should be provided.
