Abstract

Objectives: There are many indexes for ranking the health status, therefore it is not a simple work to combine them and determine health degree's of each province, because not all of the indexes are based on equal unity and also too many of Indexes and special criteria for selection will affect research results dramatically. Method: This research attempts to combine factor analysis and taxonomy analysis to omit linear correlation between variables, by using 35 indexes of access and efficiency of hygienic and treatment services , fertility , population , mortality, food security and nutrition to rank the provinces based on health status. Conclusion: The finding of this research point out that Tehran, Isfahan and Central proviences are in a good health status, while this condition is consideral at a little weak point for Ardebil, Golestan and Qom proviences and at a critical point for Khoozestan, Sistan and Baluchestan and Kohkiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad proviences.

Abstract

Objectives (problem): social capital is the most important dynamic social and cultural element in every society. Universities can transfer Ideas, Values and Social norms with solidarity for students. this investigation has emphasis the role of universities and higher education institutes as a center of formation and development of social capital to follow catch the Macro socio- economic and cultural objectives, so must be response two main question: 1) which Indicators are appropriate to assessment the level of social capital 2) what the position of each university in aspect of social capital in compare other universities. Methodology: this study is a survey study, which collected information with questioner paper from two sample studies (faculties, investigators and students) in two stages: at the first designed and determined the Indicators, at the second showed the position of each university in compare others. Achievements: achievements showed, two component of social capital (social participation Indicators and social interaction and trust) explaining 31 percent of total variance. Also these two factors are more important Indicators for ranking the level of social capital in Agricultural faculties. Results: In ranking of universities verified the weakness and strong ness aspect of social capital components for resetting and review of objectives and activities that must be done in universities in macro planning.

Abstract

 

  Introduction: Solving poverty problem as the fundamental cause of many social abnormalities needs planning and implementing of a comprehensive program for poverty eradication. Furthermore investigating poverty eradication policies and determining most proper policy, is a prerequisite for preparing a poverty eradication program.

  Method: In Present research different policies of poverty eradication have described and then by catching thinkers` idea, mentioned policies have ranked.

  Findings: This paper follows the fastest and actually the best way for eradication the poverty, for achieving this goal, point of views of scholar and thinkers were used.

  Conclusion: All in all, the best and the worst policy of poverty eradication (according to current Iran’s situation) have determined.
