Introduction: The show consider pointed to recognize zones related to making a maintainable business show for individuals with inabilities living in rustic ranges of Kermanshah territory beneath the scope of the community-based recovery program and to supply work models suitable to the sort of inability.
Method: The investigate was qualitative and exploratory in terms of strategy, and was conducted utilizing an inductive substance investigation approach. The study population consisted of academic experts, welfare department experts, and successful individuals with disabilities in the field of entrepreneurship. Purposive sampling continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. Research data were collected using in-depth semi-structured interviews. The legitimacy was affirmed through long-term engagement and persistent perception strategies, determination of suitable tests, synchronous information collection and examination, and survey by members.
Findings: The research findings showed that the categories of networking and market development for products, business management and continuous improvement, implementation of career counseling based on the type of disability, psychological capacity building and skill empowerment, financial and infrastructure support, and identification of applicants and people susceptible to employment were identified as the main categories of the community-based rehabilitation model for sustainable employment of people with disabilities, according to the type of disability of different groups.
Discussion: Creating sustainable employment models requires the full cooperation of families of people with disabilities, society, and governmental and non-governmental institutions. In this respect, paying consideration to the specific needs of the people with disabilities and recognizing their talents and capabilities plays a significant role in the success of employment and rehabilitation programs.
