Extended Abstract

Introduction: The issue of marriage and sexual relations has been discussed in religious and scientific circles in all times and ages; human sexual reactions depend on a number of factors, including habit, culture, and religion, and each community, in addition to allowing sexual instincts to be satisfied under those conditions, also places items for each individual, except for a forbidden sexual area. People entering such a restricted area are not allowed to have sex with each other. Hence, the no-sex zone can be called the sex embargo network in another sense. In any society, sexual intercourse between two people is allowed only when they are not from the same area of sexual prohibition. The most important of these taboos that persist in today's societies is sexual contact with family members, which some authors refer to as the only universal taboo. Intercourse can be based on consent or dissatisfaction. Although there is almost no consensus on the extent of the harms of consensual sex based on consent, the harm of this behavior is doubled when the sex is based on violence and dissatisfaction. The two harmful elements of this behavior go back to the act of harassment and its perpetrator (incest). This behavior usually occurs at specific ages of children's psychological and social development, which leads to children suffering from many problems and injuries because the family is the most important and main institution to support the person, especially in childhood. The most important factor in laying the foundation is how the character develops.
Method: The nature of the present study required us to use a qualitative method to analyze the consequences of sexual harassment of incest (Incestous Abuse). Research findings were collected and presented based on ethnographic methods. This method is one of the research methods in social sciences that relies heavily on individual participation and observation and researcher experiences and the presence and observation of the target group. Ethnographic method uses three types of data sets, which are interview, observation, documents that all three methods have been used in the present study. Through activities in institutions and associations active in the field of social harms over a period of three years, the researcher has succeeded in observing and interviewing 50 victims and 20 abusers in a non-probabilistic and purposeful manner. Interviews in various areas related to this harm, including consequences This behavior is related, and after an in-depth interview with 17 victims in the field of consequences of incest sexual harassment, we reached the saturated border, the characteristics of which are specified in Table 1, and after reviewing the entire interview several times, codes related to the consequences of harassment incest was extracted. In addition to in-depth interviews, in addition to in-depth interviews, several opinion polls were used. In this part of the study, after searching for keywords (incest, adultery with incest, relative relatives, illegitimate relationship) in the Judiciary Vote Bank; 75 votes in the period from 2009 to 2015, which contained information about sexual harassment of incest, and after studying the summary of the case and the statements of the abuser and the victim and forensic theories regarding the consequences of incest, 17 cases were selected and analyzed.
Findings: The results show that the consequences of incest are different according to the characteristics of aggression and harassment and the most important and common consequences in the study sample include three main categories of physical and psychological and family consequences.
Discussion: Sexual harassment of incest in the study sample leads to three consequences: physical, psychological and family. In detail, the victim can be physically and mentally injured, willing to go to private justice and take revenge on the abuser by other family members, pregnancy and abortion. The fetus, premature birth and childbirth due to incest, mental disorders, deviant sexual relations of the victim, re-victimization and feeling of helplessness and isolation and running away from home, dysfunctional marriage were mentioned only in order to leave the father's house. The results also showed that the consequences of sexual harassment to incest depend on several factors such as the victim's surrender method and the victim's silence, the victim's age and manner of assault and family relationship and the quality of the abuser-abused relationship and the duration of the aggression and the abuser relationship. In fact, the younger the victim and the greater the age difference between the perpetrator and the victim, the greater the range of consequences of sexual assault. In addition to the age of the victim, harassment also has a direct impact on the consequences of sexual harassment. Harassment varied from touch to penetration and was observed in all types of family relationships in this area. However, it seems that factors such as family relationship, harassment and harassment in the family, the probability of disclosure, the level of victim resistance., etc. are effective in determining the type of harassment. In addition to the family relationship, what seems to be more important is the type and quality of the relationship between the abused and the abuser. In fact, the more trust there is in the abused than the abuser, the more serious the victim's sense of security and trust. Another influential variable in the consequences of sexual harassment was the way the victim surrendered. Due to the fact that sexual harassment of an incestuous person is done in the home and in a private environment, the method of surrendering the victim is different from cases where sexual harassment is done by a stranger. In addition to the way the victim is handed over, the way the victims remain silent is also important. Compulsory confidentiality is one of the harms of domestic violence. In sexual harassment by a stranger, the supportive family and the listener are abused, while in domestic violence, the family is the source of harm, and the abused person keeps the secret of the aggression for years, which leads to lack of help and the negative consequences of the harassment. There are usually seven main reasons for these people to keep the secret, which include fear of self-punishment, fear of punishment for the perpetrator, preservation of family reputation, rejection of allegations of harassment by family and others, fear of punishment, and rejection by the abuser and other members The family is the fear of community judgment and threats from the perpetrator or other family members. In addition to the aforementioned points, one of the distinguishing features of incest by a stranger compared to assault by a stranger is related to the duration, that is, the duration of sexual assault, it has been shown by the results of research studies that rarely such abuses occur only once and usually the victim is abused for years and usually the end of such assaults through pregnancy and forced marriage.
