fa زمینه‌های تحقق اصول حاکم بر حقوق تأمین اجتماعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <p>  </p><p>  </p>مقدمه: با افزایش سریع جمعیت، پیچیدگی مسائل و افزایش وسعت نیاز به تأمین اجتماعی، تکوین نظام جامع تأمین اجتماعی یک ضرورت به حساب می‌اید و طراحی هر نظام جامع، مستلزم احراز اصول اساسی، قابل قبول و کارامد و مورد قبول همگان است که این اصول به منزله راهبردهای اساسی، وظیفه حاکم بر تأمین اجتماعی تلقی می‌شود مرور انتقادی : نظام تأمین اجتماعی بر پایه اصول عام و خاص استوار است که در مواردی نظام حقوقی ایران نتوانسته است به نحو شایسته تأمین اجتماعی ایران را با اصول مسلم حاکم بر آن وفق دهد و در این زمینه کاستی‌هایی وجود دارد. هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی انتقادی زمینه‌های تحقق اصول حاکم بر حقوق تأمین اجتماعی جمهوری اسلامی است. بحث: نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که نظام تامین اجتماعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با چالشهای بی‌شماری روبروست که منجر به افزایش بیکاری، فقر و کاهش بهره‌وری و در نهایت عدم تحقق اصول حاکم بر آن شده است. <p>  </p><p> <strong> Introduction: </strong>With rapid growth of population and increase need to social security, construction of comprehensive system of social security is a need and for designing a comprehensive system, it is necessary to study and apply acceptable as well as efficient fundamental principles. </p><p> <strong> Literature Review </strong>:The social security system has a series of common and particular principles. In some cases the legal system of Iran has failed to reconcile social security system with the tenets of social security and there are many defects in this area.
