fa شناسایی مولفه‌های توانمندسازی اقتصادی افراد دارای معلولیت Economic Empowerment of People with Disabilities: Factors Identification توانبخشی اجتماعی اصیل orginal <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: چرخه معیوب فقر و معلولیت یکی از موانع مشارکت اجتماعی تمام عیار و تلفیق اجتماعی افرادی است که دارای معلولیت هستند. برای غلبه بر این چرخه توانمندسازی اقتصادی ضرورتی غیر قابل انکار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین مؤلفه‌های توانمندسازی اقتصادی افراد دارای معلولیت انجام شد. روش: این مطالعه در دو مرحله انجام شد. در مرحله اول با مرور منابع مواردی که به‌عنوان عامل مرتبط و یا مؤلفه توانمندسازی اقتصادی نام برده شده بود گردآوری شدند. در مرحله دوم از چهارده نفر از خبرگان مدیریت، توانبخشی، توانمندسازی افراد دارای معلولیت که برای عضویت در تیم دلفی رضایت خود را اعلام کردند، خواسته شد نظر خود را درباره اهمیت هر یک از عوامل مذکور بیان نموده و اگر عوامل دیگری را در توانمندسازی اقتصادی افراد دارای معلولیت موثر می شناسند نام ببرند. با استفاده از شیوه دلفی با تحلیل فازی، طی سه دور دلفی عواملی که در توانمندسازی اقتصادی افراد دارای معلولیت نقش دارند شناسائی شده بر اساس اهمیت رتبه بندی شده در قالب مولفه‌ها و محورهایی سازماندهی شدند. یافته‌ها: در مجموع 48 عامل مرتبط برای توانمندسازی اقتصادی افراد دارای معلولیت شناسایی و در 12 مولفه و 3 محور «فرد دارای معلولیت»، « بافتار و محیط توانمندساز» و «پی‌آمدهای اقتصادی» سازماندهی شدند. در محور فرد دارای معلولیت، مولفه‌های «سلامت»، «دانش»، «مهارت»، «نگرش» و «استعداد» جای گرفتند، محور بافتار و محیط توانمندساز مولفه‌های «محیط فیزیکی»، «محیط اجتماعی»، «محیط شغلی» و «منابع در دسترس» را شامل شد و محور پیامدها مولفه‌های «اشتغال»، «پیامدهای اجتماعی» و «پیامدهای اقتصادی» را در خود جای داد. بحث: توانمندسازی اقتصادی افراد دارای معلولیت فرآیندی است که طی آن سه محور «فرد دارای معلولیت»، «محیط توانمندساز» و «پیامدها ی اقتصادی» به گونه‌ای ارتقاء می‌یابد که توانمندی اقتصادی حاصل شده و افراد دارای معلولیت قادر می‌شوند در چرخه اقتصادی جامعه خود نقش پررنگ‌تری ایفاء نمایند.  </div> Introduction: The vicious cycle of poverty and disability is a significant barrier to the full social participation and inclusion of persons with disabilities. To break this cycle, economic empowerment is an undeniable necessity. This study aimed to identify and delineate the key components of economic empowerment for persons with disabilities. Methods: The research was conducted in two phases. The first phase involved a comprehensive literature review to compile factors and components associated with economic empowerment. In the second phase, a panel of 14 experts in management, rehabilitation, and the empowerment of persons with disabilities were invited to form a Delphi panel. Over three consecutive Delphi rounds, panelists rated the importance of the identified factors, suggested additional factors, and reviewed the proposed organizational framework. Data were analyzed using fuzzy Delphi analysis to identify, rank, and categorize the factors contributing to the economic empowerment of persons with disabilities into components and domains. Findings: A total of 48 related factors were identified and organized into 12 components across three core domains: 1) The Person with a Disability (components: health, knowledge, skills, attitude, talent), 2) Context and Empowering Environment (components: physical environment, social environment, work environment, accessible resources), and 3) Economic Outcomes (components: employment, social outcomes, economic outcomes). Discussion: The economic empowerment of persons with disabilities is a process that enhances the three domains of "the person with a disability," "the empowering environment," and "economic outcomes."
