fa الگوی اشتغال پایدار افراد دچار ناتوانی روستایی: تحلیل زمینه‌های مرتبط و پیشنهادهای شغلی بر اساس نوع ناتوانی Sustainable Employment Pattern of Rural People with Disabilities: Analysis of related fields and job offers based the type of disability اشتغال اصیل orginal مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی زمینه‌های مرتبط با ایجاد الگوی اشتغال پایدار افراد دچار ناتوانی ساکن در مناطق روستایی استان کرمانشاه زیر پوشش برنامه توان‌بخشی اجتماع‌محور و ارائه الگوهای شغلی متناسب با نوع ناتوانی انجام شد. روش: پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روش، کیفی و از نوع اکتشافی بود که با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل محتوای استقرایی انجام شد. جامعه موردمطالعه را خبرگان دانشگاهی، خبرگان اداره بهزیستی و افراد کارآفرین دچار ناتوانی تشکیل دادند. نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع گلوله برفی تا حصول قاعده اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته عمیق، داده‌های پژوهش گردآوری شدند. قابلیت اعتبار پژوهش از طریق روشهای درگیری طولانی‌مدت و مشاهده مداوم، انتخاب نمونه‌های مناسب، گردآوری و تحلیل هم‌زمان داده‌ها و بازنگری توسط مشارکت‌کنندگان موردتأیید قرار گرفت. قابلیت اعتماد پژوهش، از طریق روش پایایی بازآزمون مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: مقولات شبکه‌سازی و بازارسازی برای محصولات، راهبری و بهبود مستمر کسب‌وکار، اجرای مشاوره شغلی بر اساس نوع ناتوانی، ظرفیت‌سازی روانی و توانمندسازی مهارتی، حمایت مالی و زیرساختی و شناسایی متقاضیان و افراد مستعد اشتغال‌آفرینی به‌عنوان مقولات اصلی الگوی توان‌بخشی اجتماع‌محور برای اشتغال پایدار افراد دارای ناتوانی، با توجه به نوع ناتوانی گروههای مختلف افراد دچار ناتوانی شناسایی شدند. بحث: ایجاد الگوهای اشتغال پایدار، همکاری همه‌جانبه خانواده‌های افراد دچار ناتوانی، جامعه، نهادهای دولتی و غیردولتی را می‌طلبد. در این راستا، توجه به نیازهای خاص هر فرد ناتوان و شناخت استعدادها و توانمندیهای او، نقش به‌سزایی در موفقیت برنامه‌های اشتغال و توان‌بخشی ایفا می‌کند. Introduction: This study aimed to identify key areas for developing a sustainable employment model for people with disabilities in rural areas of Kermanshah province. The research was conducted within the framework of the community-based rehabilitation program and sought to provide job models tailored to specific types of disabilities. Method: The research employed a qualitative and exploratory strategy, utilizing an inductive content analysis approach. The study population consisted of academic experts, welfare department professionals, and successful entrepreneurs with disabilities. Purposive sampling was continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. Data were collected through in-depth, semi-structured interviews. Trustworthiness was ensured through long-term engagement, persistent observation, selection of appropriate samples, concurrent data collection and analysis, and member checking. Findings: The research findings identified several main categories for the community-based rehabilitation model. These categories include networking and market development for products, business management and continuous improvement, and implementation of disability-specific career counseling. Furthermore, psychological capacity building and skill empowerment, financial and infrastructure support, and the identification of job-ready applicants were also established as essential components for the sustainable employment of people with disabilities according to their disability type. Discussion: The creation of sustainable employment models requires the full cooperation of families of people with disabilities, the community, and governmental and non-governmental institutions. Paying attention to the specific needs of individuals with disabilities is crucial in this process.
