<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-YE">مقدمه</span></b>: در جهانی که با سرعت به سمت پیرشدن قدم برمی<span dir="LTR"></span>دارد افراد سالمند نقش مهمی در انجام فعالیتهای داوطلبانه، انتقال دانش و تجربه دارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه چالشها و مزایای به<span dir="LTR"></span>کارگیری معلمان بازنشسته برای تدریس بر اساس تجربه<span dir="LTR"></span>زیسته آنها بود.</span></span></span><br>
<span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-YE">روش</span></b>: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. گروه هدف پژوهش، معلمان بازنشسته مشغول به تدریس در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 شهر یزد بودند که به شیوه نمونه<span dir="LTR"></span>گیری هدفمند ملاک<span dir="LTR"></span>محور، 11 نفر از آنان به<span dir="LTR"></span>عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته بود و مصاحبه<span dir="LTR"></span>ها تا مرحله اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. داده<span dir="LTR"></span>ها با استفاده از روش کولایزی مورد تجزیه<span dir="LTR"></span>وتحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span></span><br>
<span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black">به<span dir="LTR"></span>منظور کسب اطمینان از دقیق<span dir="LTR"></span>بودن یافته<span dir="LTR"></span>ها، مبتنی بر «سه<span dir="LTR"></span>سویه<span dir="LTR"></span>سازی» از تکنیکهای تطبیق توسط اعضاء، بررسی همکار، مشارکتی<span dir="LTR"></span>بودن پژوهش و بازاندیشی پژوهشگر استفاده شد.</span></span></span><br>
<span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-YE">یافته</span></b><b><span dir="LTR"></span></b><b><span lang="AR-YE">ها</span></b>: درمجموع 6 مضمون اصلی و 38 مضمون فرعی شناسایی شد. 3 مضمون اصلی مربوط به محاسن عبارتند از: محاسن مربوط به شخص بازنشسته (شامل 6 مضمون فرعی)، مهارتهای مربوط به تدریس و مدیریت کلاس (شامل 9 مضمون فرعی)، مهارتهای ارتباطی و بین<span dir="LTR"></span>فردی (شامل 11 مضمون فرعی). 3 مضمون اصلی چالشها عبارتند از: چالشهای فردی و بین<span dir="LTR"></span>فردی (با 5 مضمون فرعی)، چالشهای سازمانی و اداری (با 4 مضمون فرعی)، چالشهای اجتماعی (با 3 مضمون فرعی).</span></span></span><br>
<b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">بحث</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">: با عنایت به یافته</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">ها، معلمان بازنشسته باتجربه و مهارتهای خود می</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">توانند کیفیت آموزش را بهبود بخشند، اما چالشهای فردی و سازمانی نیازمند توجه ویژه است؛ بنابراین، ایجاد حمایتهای مناسب برای استفاده بهتر از ظرفیتهای آنان ضروری است.</span></span></span></span></div>
<span style="line-height:1;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="letter-spacing:-.25pt">Introduction:</span></b> In a world whose population is rapidly aging, elderly people play an important role in performing voluntary activities transferring their knowledge and experience. The aim of the current research was to study the challenges and benefits of employing retired teachers to teach based on their lived experiences<span style="letter-spacing:-.3pt">.</span></span><br>
<span style="color:black"><b><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Method: </span></b><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">The current research was conducted with a qualitative approach and phenomenological method. The target group of the research was the retired teachers who were teaching in the academic year of 2023-2024 in Yazd, and 11 of them were selected as a sample using the criterion-based purposeful sampling method. The research tool was a semi-structured in-depth interview and the interviews continued until the theoretical saturation stage. The data were analyzed using the Colaizzi method. The study ensured the reliability of its findings through triangulation, member validation, expert evaluation, cooperative research, and continuous researcher reflection. </span></span><br>
<span style="color:black"><b><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">Findings: </span></b>In total, six main themes and 38 sub-themes were identified. Three main themes related to merits are: merits related to a retired person (including 6 sub-themes), skills related to teaching and classroom management (including 9 sub-themes), and communication and interpersonal skills (including 11 sub-themes). The three main themes of challenges are: individual and interpersonal challenges (with 5 sub-themes), organizational and administrative challenges (with 4 sub-themes), and social challenges (with 3 sub-themes)<span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">.</span></span><br>
<b><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Discussion: </span></b><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Based on the findings, retired teachers, with their experiences and skills, can improve the quality of education, but individual and organizational challenges require special attention. Therefore, creating appropriate support systems to better utilize their capacities is essential.</span></span></span></span>
