fa ارائه مدل مفهومی «بهره‌وری خانواده» با تاکید بر جنبه اقتصادی: یک تحلیل مضمون Developing a conceptual model of "family productivity" with an emphasis on the economic aspect using thematic analysis method خانواده اصیل orginal مقدمه: خانواده به عنوان یک نهاد اجتماعی در نهادینه‌سازی، پذیرش و ترویج فرهنگ بهره‌وری نقشی کلیدی دارد. از آنجایی که خاستگاه بهره‌وری، ادبیات اقتصاد و مدیریت بوده، نتوانسته است پیوندهای مفهومی خود را با نهاد «خانواده» برقرار کند. بدین ترتیب نیاز است مفهوم «بهره‌وری خانواده» در بعد درون‌خانوادگی تبیین شود. این تحقیق در پی آن است با احصای مولفه‌ها، ابعاد و لایه‌های مختلف مفهومیِ بهره‌وری خانواده، آن را در قالب  یک مدل استخراج کند. روش: با مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه با خبرگان امر، اقدام به تحلیل مضمون با تاکید بر حوزه «بهره‌وری اقتصادی» شده است. یافته‌ها: طبق مدل مفهومی، خانواده ورودی‌هایی دارد که در چارچوب کنش و تصمیم‌گیری آن را تبدیل به خروجی‌های مختلف اقتصادی و اجتماعی در خانواده و جامعه می‌نماید. اما هر نوع تصمیمی که خانواده اخذ می‌کند، اثرات و پیامدهایی برای ورودی‌ها و سرمایه‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی‌اش دارد. تحلیل مدل بهره‌وری اقتصادی خانواده نشان داد که فرهنگ بهره‌وری یک نظام معنایی را با خود همراه داشته و بر رفتارهای اقتصادی تحمیل می‌کند. بدین ترتیب با ترکیب و امتزاج اقتضائات خانواده و فرهنگ بهره‌وری فرارفتارهای مطلوب اقتصادی به تفکیک حوزه‌های کنش (شامل کار و تولید، دارایی سرمایه‌ای و فیزیکی، یارانه دولت، اعتبار، وام، مخارج ضروری، مخارج رفاهی و تجملی، پس‌انداز، سرمایه‌گذاری، مخارج خیریه، انتقال‌های بین نسلی، دین و قرض، مدیریت ریسک و بیمه، مالیات، تخصیص و بازیافت) به دست می‌آیند.  بحث: تصمیم‌های بهره‌ورانه موجب افزایش سطح ورودی و تصمیم‌های غیر بهره‌ور موجب کاهش یا اتلاف منابع خواهد شد و این حلقه بازخورد همواره ادامه خواهد داشت. مولفه‌های فرهنگ بهره‌وری در خانواده قابلیت تکرار و تمرین دارد و این فرهنگ از طریق خانواده به راحتی می‌تواند انتقال یابد. افراد در تصمیمات خُرد و کلان خود، می‌توانند سطح بهره‌وری را تعیین کرده و حتی پیامدها و عواقب انتخاب‌های خود را شاهد باشند.  همچنین تحلیل فرارفتارها نشان داد سه رکن نیاز، توانمندی و باور در واقع همان اهرم‌های مداخله در تعیین میزان بهره‌وری اقتصادی خانواده هستند که موجب تنوع سبک زندگی اقتصادی خانواده‌ها می‌شوند. Introduction: The family as a social institution plays a key role in institutionalizing, accepting and promoting the culture of productivity. Since the origin of productivity is the literature of economics and management, it has not been able to establish its conceptual links with the "family" institution. Thus, it is necessary to explain the concept of "family productivity" in the intra-family dimension. This research seeks to extract it in the form of a model by calculating the components, dimensions and different conceptual layers of family productivity. Method: In this way, by Apllying thematic analysis with library studies and interviews with experts, he has analyzed the topic with an emphasis on the field of "Economic Productivity". Findings: According to the conceptual model, the family has inputs that transform it into various economic and social outputs in the family and society in the context of action and decision making. But every type of decision that the family makes has effects and consequences for its inputs and economic and social capital. The analysis of the economic productivity model of the family shows that the culture of productivity carries with it a meaning system and imposes on economic behaviors. In this way, by combining the requirements of the family and the culture of productivity, the desired economic behaviors are separated by the fields of action (including work and production, capital and physical assets, government subsidies, credit, loans, necessary expenses, welfare and luxury expenses, savings, investment, charitable expenses , intergenerational transfers, debt and debt, risk management and insurance, taxation, allocation and recycling). Discussion: Productive decisions will increase the input level and non-productive decisions will reduce or waste resources, and this feedback loop will always continue. The components of the productivity culture in the family can be repeated and practiced, and this culture can be easily transmitted through the family. In their big and small decisions, people can determine the level of productivity and even witness the consequences of their choices.
