fa تأثیر عوامل اقتصادی و اجتماعی بر رفتار خودکشی افراد جامعه در ایران (با تأکید بر ریسک و بی‌ثباتیهای اقتصادی) The effect of economic and social factors on the suicidal behavior of society in Iran (with emphasis on risk and economic instability) رضایت از زندگی life of satisfaction اصیل orginal مقدمه: خودکشی یک نگرانی بهداشت عمومی جهانی است. شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با خودکشی می‌تواند طبقه‌بندی خطر را بهبود بخشد و به مداخلات هدفمند برای گروههای پرخطر کمک کند. در حقیقت، پیشگیریِ مؤثر از خودکشی مستلزم درک جامع عوامل خطر است. در این مطالعه علاوه بر عوامل اقتصادی و اجتماعی مؤثر بر خودکشی، میزان ریسک و بی‌ثباتی اقتصادی نیز در نظر گرفته شده است. روش: به‌منظور تعیین شاخص ریسک و بی‌ثباتی در سطح اقتصاد کلان، شاخصی از میانگین واریانس سه متغیر نرخ تورم، نرخ رشد اقتصادی و درصد تغییرات نرخ ارز در بازار موازی ارز ساخته شده است. سپس با هدف ارائه راهبردهای اقتصادی و اجتماعیِ جلوگیری از خودکشی، با استفاده از روش رگرسیون حداقل مربعات معمولی طی دوره زمانی 1380 الی 1399 تأثیر هر عامل کلان اقتصادی و اجتماعی بر خودکشی برآورد شده است. یافته‌ها: متغیرهای سطح عمومی قیمتها، طلاق، میزان جرایم، نابرابری درآمدی در جامعه و همچنین بی‌ثباتی اقتصادی بر خودکشی تأثیر مثبت و متغیرهای اشتغال و نسبت سنی جمعیت 50 تا 69 ساله به بقیه جمعیت کشور، بر خودکشی تأثیر منفی دارند. بحث: با وجود تأثیرگذاری عوامل کلان اقتصادی و اجتماعی بر نرخ خودکشی در ایران، نکته قابل‌تأمل، تأثیر قابل‌ملاحظه نابرابری توزیع درآمد در جامعه بر نرخ خودکشی است. با توجه به این تأثیر قابل‌ملاحظه بر میزان خودکشی، کاهش نابرابری درواقع راه‌حل اقتصادی است که سیاستمداران کشور می‌توانند آن را عملی کنند. طبقه‌بندی jel: C22,I18 Introduction: Suicide is a global public health concern. Identifying factors related to suicide can improve risk classification and help targeted interventions for high-risk groups. In fact, effective suicide prevention requires a comprehensive understanding of risk factors. In this study, in addition to economic and social factors affecting suicide, the amount of risk and economic instability is also considered. Method: In order to determine the index of risk and instability at the macroeconomic level, an index of the average variance of the three variables of inflation rate, economic growth rate and the percentage of exchange rate changes in the parallel currency market has been made. Then, with the aim of providing economic and social strategies to prevent suicide, the impact of each macroeconomic and social factor on suicide has been estimated using the ordinary least squares regression method during the period of 2001 to 2020. Findings: The estimation results show that the general level variables of prices, divorce, crime rate, income inequality in society as well as economic instability have a positive effect on suicide, and employment variables and the age ratio of the 50 to 69-year-old population to the rest of the country's population have a negative effect on suicide. Discussion: Despite the influence of macro-economic and social factors on the suicide rate in Iran, it is worth considering the significant impact of the inequality of income distribution in the society on the suicide rate.
