fa بررسی رابطه کودک‌آزاری و سبک زندگی والدین در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری در سال 1400 Examining the Relationship between Instances of Child Abuse and Parents' Lifestyle (Case Study: Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province in 2021) کودک، کودکان کار و خیابانی اصیل orginal مقدمه: سبک زندگی ترکیبی از الگوها و رفتارهای فردی در سراسر زندگی است که فرهنگ یک جامعه را که نوعی از الگو‌های خاص برای زندگی است را پدید می‌آورد. علت عمده وقوع پدیده کودک آزاری، نوع زندگی و فرهنگی است که از ابتدا به‌صورت غلط و نادرست در میان افراد نهادینه شده است و علاوه بر مداخلات حقوقی، مداخلات فرهنگی و اجتماعی را میطلبد. روش: جهت بررسی رابطه مصادیق کودک‌آزاری (جسمی، جنسی، مسامحه و غفلت، سوءتغذیه، عاطفی) و سبک زندگی مبتنی بر سلامت (فعالیت‌های فیزیکی، تغذیه، اعتیاد، سلامت معنوی، سلامت اجتماعی و روان‌شناختی و...) در سال 1400، یک پژوهش میدانی )پیمایش(  بر روی نمونه‌ای به حجم 97 نفر از والدین دارای فرزند 1۸ - 4 ساله‌ی شهرستان شهرکرد که کودکانشان مورد انواع مصادیق کودک ‌آزاری قرار گرفته بودند (ارگان مرجوعی: سازمان بهزیستی و پزشکی قانونی) انجام شد. اطلاعات آزمودنی‌ها از تکمیل پرسشنامههای استاندارد سبک زندگی LSQ و کودک آزاری محمد خانی (1378) بدست آمد. فرضیه‌های تحقیق از طریق آزمونهای آماری همبستگی و رگرسیون مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. یافته: نتایج بدست آمده وجود همبستگی منفی و معنادار بین متغیر سبک زندگی والدین و کودک‌آزاری را نشان داد (ضریب بتا= 704/0-). نتایج مشاهده شده از تحلیل رگرسیونی نشان داد شاخص‌های مختلف سبک زندگی پیش‌بین مناسبی برای انواع مصادیق کودک‌آزاری می‌باشند. با افزایش عملکرد مناسب‌تر سبک زندگی میزان کودک آزاری به‌طوری معناداری کاهش می‌یابد. در این مطالعه سلامت اجتماعی، اعتیاد و سلامت روان‌شناختی پیش‌بین‌های بالاتری جهت تبیین مصادیق کودک‌آزاری بودند که نقش آن‌ها در تحقیق حاضر به‌وضوح مشخص شد (01/0 p<). بحث: نتایج تحقیق حاضر اهمیت سبک زندگی و فرهنگ را در وقوع پدیده کودک‌آزاری نشان داد. تحلیلها نشان داد با تقویت شاخصهای سلامت اجتماعی و روانشناختی و کاهش اعتیاد میتوان به کاهش وقوع پدیده کودک آزاری و جرائم ناشی از آن دست یافت.   Introduction: Lifestyle is a mixture of individual patterns and behaviors through life, which forms the culture of a society, which is a category of precise patterns for life. The key reason for the child abuse phenomenon is the way of life and culture that has been incorrectly and erroneously established among people from the commencement and necessitates cultural and social interventions as well as legal interventions. Method: To examine the relationship between child abuse (physical, sexual, negligence and inattention, malnutrition, emotional) and health-based lifestyle (physical activities, nutrition, addiction, spiritual health, social and psychological health, etc.) in 2021, field research (survey) was done on a sample of 97 parents with children aged 4-18 in Shahrekord city, whose children had been subjected to numerous instances of child abuse (reference organization: Welfare and Forensic Medicine Organization). The subjects' information was attained by completing the standard LSQ and child abuse questionnaires of Mohammad Khani (1998). The research hypotheses were tested via correlation and regression statistical tests. Findings: The achieved results disclosed a negative and significant correlation between the parents' lifestyle variable and child abuse (beta coefficient = -0.704). The observed results of the regression analysis revealed that diverse lifestyle indicators are suitable predictors for all types of child abuse cases. With the upsurge of more suitable lifestyles, the amount of child abuse decreases significantly. In the present study, social health, addiction, and psychological health were higher predictors to clarify the instances of child abuse, and their role was clearly recognized in the current research (p<0.01). Discussion: The results of this research revealed the significance of lifestyle and culture in the incidence of child abuse.
