fa بررسی عوامل مرتبط با رفتار یاریگرانه در سازمان بهزیستی استان گیلان Factors related to Helping Behavior in Guilan Welfare Organization مشارکت اصیل orginal <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر کاهش رفتار یاریگرانه شهروندان با سازمان بهزیستی انجام شد. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">روش: این مطالعه با روش توصیفی و در قالب یک طرح پس رویدادی انجام شد. دادههای این مطالعه از 408 نفر از شهروندان 20 سال به بالای استان گیلان جمعآوری شدند. این افراد با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها عبارت بودند از: مقیاس اعتماد بزرگسالان (ATS)؛ مقیاس چندبعدی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده (MSPSS)؛ مقیاس هنجار تقابل (NRS)؛ شاخص شبکه اجتماعی (SNI)؛ پرسشنامه مسئولیت اجتماعی (SRQ)؛ پرسشنامه احساس همدلی (SEQ)؛ پرسشنامه تجدیدنظرشده مشارکت شهروندان در تصمیمگیری سازمانی (CPQ-R)؛ پرسشنامه شفافیت سازمانی (OTQ)؛ پرسشنامه محققساخته آگاهی شیوههای یاریگری و میزان یاریگری. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">یافته‌ها: تفاوت معناداری میان افراد با رفتار یاریگری ضعیف، متوسط و بالا از نظر اعتماد اجتماعی؛ حمایت اجتماعی؛ شبکهها و پیوندهای اجتماعی؛ هنجار تقابل اجتماعی؛ هنجار مسئوولیت اجتماعی؛ احساس همدلی؛ باور به عدم درگیرساختن شهروندان در تصمیمگیریهای سازمان بهزیستی؛ آگاهی شهروندان از شیوههای یاریگری؛ باور به عدم شفافیت عملکرد سازمان بهزیستی؛ و رفتار نوعدوستانه مشاهده شد. بحث: نارسایی در متغیرهای اجتماعی بعنوان ریسک فاکتورهای کاهش یاریگری با سازمان بهزیستی عمل میکنند. لازم است اقدامات مداخلهای برای تقویت متغیرهای اجتماعیروانی با هدف ارتقای سطح یاریگری شهروندان با سازمان بهزیستی انجام شوند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> </div> <div>Introduction: The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the reduction of citizens' helping behavior with the welfare organization.</div> <pre> Method: This study was conducted by descriptive method and ex-post facto design.  Data were collected from 408 citizens whose age was 20 years and older, and they all were from Guilan province. Samples were selected using multistage cluster sampling method. Measurement tools were: Adult Trust Scale; Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale; Norm of Reciprocity Scale; Social Network Index; Social Responsibility Questionnaire; Sense of Empathy Questionnaire; Revised Citizen Participation in Decision Making Questionnaire; Organizational Transparency Questionnaire; Awareness of Cooperation Methods and Level of Cooperation Questionnaire. </pre> <pre> Findings: Significant differences between individuals with poor, moderate, and high helping in terms of social trust; social support; social networks and ties; norm of reciprocity; norm of social responsibility; sense of empathy; belief in not involving citizens in the decisions of the welfare organization; citizens' awareness of cooperation methods; belief in the lack of transparency in the performance of the welfare organization; and altruistic behavior was observed. </pre> <pre> Discussion: Inadequacies in social variables act as risk factors for reducing cooperation with the welfare organization.
