fa ارزیابی نقش مولفه های اجتماعی تاب آوری درافزایش اعتماد اجتماعی شهروندان (نمونه موردی محله آبکوه شهر مشهد) Evaluation of the role of social components of resilience in increasing citizens' social trust (Case study of Abkooh neighborhood of Mashhad) اعتماد اجتماعی اصیل orginal مقدمه: یکی از پدیده های بحث برانگیردر جامعه امروز، مبحث تاب آوری اجتماعی و تاثیر آن بر اعتماد اجتماعی شهروندان در محلات شهری می باشد. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش پیش رو بررسی ارتباط میان مؤلفه‌های تاب‌آوری اجتماعی و مؤلفه‌های اعتماد اجتماعی در محله آبکوه شهر مشهد است. روش: از نظر شیوه گرد آوری داده ها، تحقیق حاضر ازنوع پژوهش های میدانی و ازنظر گردآوری اطلاعات ازنوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری در محله آبکوه مشهد با جمعیت 5271 نفر در نظر گرفته شد و حجم نمونه از طریق فرمول کوکران 357 نفربرآورد شد. شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی و ساده بود.برای تحلیل داده ها، از مدل های روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شده است.  یافته ها: ازبین متغیرهای مورد مطالعه بیشترین تاثیر برتاب آوری اجتماعی درافزایش  اعتماد اجتماعی شهروندان مربوط به احساس امنیت شهروندان و کمترین تأثیر را آداب‌ورسوم دارا بود. و با افزایش اعتماد اجتماعی تاب‌آوری اجتماعی نیز افزایش می‌یابد در نتیجه رابطه معنادار و مقابل توجهی بین تاب‌آوری اجتماعی و اعتماد اجتماعی برقرار است. بحث: باتوجه به یافته ها توجه به احساس امنیت شهروندان، سازگاری، حضور پذیری، حس تعلق مکانی و تعاملات اجتماعی، وضعیت اشتغال و میزان خدمات سلامت، مشارکت اجتماعی می تواند تاثیر مثبت و تعیین کننده ای دراعتماد اجتماعی شهروندان وتاب آوری اجتماعی محله آبکوه شهر مشهد  داشته باشد.    Introduction: One of the controversial phenomena in today's society is the issue of social resilience and its impact on social trust of citizens in urban areas. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between social resilience components and social trust components in Abkooh neighborhood of Mashhad. Method: In terms of data collection method, the present study is a field research and in terms of data collection is a survey. The statistical population in Abkooh neighborhood of Mashhad with a population of 5271 people was considered and the sample size was estimated to be 357 people through Cochran's formula. The sampling method was random and simple. For data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis method models and SPSS software were used. Findings: Among the studied variables, the most effective social productivity in increasing citizens 'social trust was related to citizens' sense of security and the least effective was customs. And with increasing social trust, social resilience also increases. As a result, there is a significant and opposite relationship between social resilience and social trust. Discussion: According to the findings, paying attention to citizens 'sense of security, adaptability, presence, sense of place and social interaction, employment status and health services, social participation can have a positive and decisive impact on citizens' social trust and social resilience in Abkoohshahr neighborhood.
