fa تحلیل روایت فرهنگ فقر در بین زنان سرپرست خانواده در منطقه 19 شهر تهران Narrative Analysis of culture of poverty among female heads of households in the 19th district of Tehran in 1399 رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal مقدمه: زیست و حیات زنان سرپرست خانواده به دلیل نبودن یا ضعف سرپرستی مرد با چالشهایی روبه‌روست. مواردی همچون تحولات زیستی و اجتماعی انسانها، روند صعودی این نوع خاص از سرپرستی زنان را افزایش داده است. بر این مبنا، شناختی بر پایه روش امیک به معنای شناخت از درون و آگاهی از تجربه‌زیسته این گروههای اجتماعی در برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت، گامی تأثیرگذار خواهد بود. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل روایت فرهنگ فقر و شناسایی ماهیت و ابعاد آن در بین زنان سرپرست خانواده در منطقه 19 تهران است. روش: روش این پژوهش کیفی است که از طریق مصاحبه عمیق با 15 نفر از زنان سرپرست خانواده در منطقه 19 شهر تهران انجام شده است. برای انتخاب نمونه موردمطالعه از روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله ‌برفی خوشه‌ای استفاده شده است. برای تنظیم کدهای استخراجی از شیوه تحلیل مضمونی براون و کلارک در نرم‌افزار Nvivo 10 استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: در پی آشکارسازی مفاهیم و مضامین فرهنگ فقر در میدان پژوهش از نظرگاه روایت روایت‌کنندگان، سرانجام تحلیلها سبب ظهور چهار مقوله اصلی بدین شرح شد: زیست‌فرسایشی، برساخت اجتماعی مادرانگی، طردشدگی و بازتولید فقر. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند با وجود وضعیت دشوار و کیفیت نامطلوب زندگی این دسته از زنان، کمکهای مالی و حمایتی نهادهای رسمی حتی در سطوحی پایین در کنار کمکهای مردمی نقش مهمی در زندگی آنها دارند اما نکته مهم این است که این حمایتهای رسمی و غیررسمی در بسیاری از موارد تنها به حفظ وضعیت موجودشان کمک کرده و به‌ندرت سبب توانمندی آنها شده است. بحث: حمایتهای رسمی و غیررسمی، تنها بقای وضعیت کنونی این زنان را تضمین می‌کند. برای اصلاحات سازنده و تأثیرگذار، به نظر می‌رسد در کنار برون‌رفت از تعاملاتی با کیفیت حاشیه‌ای در جامعه موردمطالعه و رهایی از ارزشهای مردسالارانه و فضای فرهنگی و روانی ویژه آن، هدایت حمایتها به‌ویژه در حوزه اشتغال آنان، بسیار مؤثرتر باشد.   Introduction: Female-headed households’s lives face challenges due to the absence or weakness of male supervision. Factors such as human biological and social changes have broadened the upward trend of this particular type of female guardianship, and from another perspective, cognition based on the Emic method means cognition from within and awareness of the biological experience and quality of life of these social groups, which will be an effective step in their planning and management. The purpose of this study is to analyze the narrative and identify their dimensions of women heads of households about the concept of poverty in Tehran's 19th district. Method: The method of this research is qualitative. In-depth interviews were conducted with 15 women heads of households in the area. The sample size was determined based on the theoretical saturation criterion as 15. Thematic analysis of narration based on Brown and Clark method in Nvivo 10 software was used to analyze the interview data. Finding:  Analysis eventually led to the emergence of the following four main categories: biotic erosion, social reconstruction of motherhood, rejection, and reproduction of poverty. These findings show that despite the difficult situation and the poor quality of life of this group of women, financial assistance and support from official institutions, even at low levels along with public assistance, play an important role in their lives. Discussion:  The important point is that in many cases, these formal and informal protections have only helped to maintain their status quo and have rarely empowered them.
