fa طراحی مدل اشتغال حمایت شده دولتی در راستای توسعه کارآفرینی معلولان کشور اشتغال روش 2 method <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: با توجه به اهمیت و نقش اشتغال در شکل گیری بستر اقتصادی و روانی افراد دارای معلولیت و نیاز به حمایت دولت در برنامه ریزی و توسعه این بستر، در پژوهش حاضر به طراحی مدل اشتغال حمایت شده دولتی در راستای توسعه کارآفرینی معلولان کشور پرداخته شده است. بررسی مطالعات صورت گرفته نشان می دهد که چنین مدلی در پژوهش های داخلی مورد مطالعه قرار نگرفته و مدل جامعی برای اشتغال حمایت شده معلولان طراحی نشده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: در این پژوهش به مطالعه نظریات اساسی پیرامون اشتغال حمایت شده دولتی و کارآفرینی معلولان و همچنین سیر تکامل نظریاتی آن پرداخته شد. سپس مدلی به چهار بعد بر اساس ادبیات طراحی و استخراج گردید. پس از طراحی پروتکل مصاحبه، 13 مصاحبه با خبرگان و کارشناسان در بهزیستی، اشتغال معلولان و کارآفرینان معلول کشور تا رسیدن به نقطه اشباع انجام شد. تکنیک تحلیل داده های کیفی، استفاده از تحلیل مضمون بوده است. همچنین در نهایت مدل طراحی شده به تایید 120 نفر از کارشناسان در حوزه اشتغال معلولان قرار گرفت و از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی برای تایید روابط بین عوامل و سازه اصلی استفاده شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته ها</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: یک مدل با پنج بعد عوامل دولتی، بنگاهی، عمومی، فردی و شغلی به همراه 29 مولفه برای اشتغال حمایت شده معلولان باید مدنظر قرار گیرد. همچنین سازه نهایی مدل در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد مورد تایید قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بحث</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: نتایج به دست آمده در این پژوهش میتواند در راستای توسعه کارآفرینی معلولان کشور توسط مسئولان و مدیران دولتی در حوزه سیاستگذاری و پیاده سازی سیاست ها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. زیرا مدل طراحی شده هم ابعاد سیاستی و هم ابعاد عملیاتی را در نظر گرفته است.</span></span> Introduction: Considering the importance of employment in forming the economic and psychological context of people with disabilities and the need for government support in planning and development of the disability, this study aimed to design a public-supported employment model for the development of disability in Iran. A review of studies shows that such a model has not been studied in previous research, and a comprehensive model for public-supported employment is essential.<br> Method: In this research, we studied the basic theories about public-supported employment and disability entrepreneurship as well as its theoretical evolution. Then a model was extracted in four dimensions based on the literature. After designing the interview protocol, 13 interviews were conducted with experts in welfare, employment of handicapped entrepreneurs.
