fa نقش واسطه‌ای ادراک رفتارهای فداکارانه همسر در رابطه بین شفقت به خود و خودمهارگری در درمانجویان وابسته به مواد اعتیاد به مواد اصیل orginal <p><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> امروزه سوءمصرف و وابستگی به مواد، یکی از معضلات و نگرانیهای عمده جامعه بشری است.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> پنجمین مجموعه راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانی ویژگی مهم اختلال سوءمصرف مواد را وجود یکی از علائم شناختی، رفتاری و فیزیولوژیکی می‌داند که افراد با وجود مشکلات قابل‌توجه مرتبط با سوءمصرف، هنوز به مصرف آن ادامه می‌دهند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">روش:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای ادراک رفتارهای فداکارانه همسر در رابطه خودمهارگری و شفقت به خود در درمانجویان وابسته به مواد انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه درمانجویان وابسته به مواد کلینیکهای ترک اعتیاد استان گیلان بودند که از این میان 225 نفر از درمانجویان کلینیکهای ترک اعتیاد به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های رفتارهای فداکارانه همسر هارپر و فیگرس، پرسشنامه شفقت به خود نف و پرسشنامه خودمهارگری تانجنی استفاده شد. داده‌ها از طریق آمار توصیفی، همبستگی و تحلیل مسیر در نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">SPSS.ver20</span></span></span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">و</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> Amos </span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">تحلیل شدند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> از یک طرف بین شفقت به خود و خودمهارگری و از طرف دیگر بین شفقت به خود و ادراک رفتارهای فداکارانه همسر همبستگی مثبت وجود دارد. ضمن اینکه رفتارهای فداکارانه همسر در رابطه بین شفقت به خود و خودمهارگری افراد وابسته به مواد نقش واسطه‌ای داشته و این امر می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در شفقت به خود و خودمهارگری افراد وابسته به مواد داشته باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">بحث:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> شفقت به خود با عاطفه مثبت بیشتر، بهزیستی روانی، رضایتمندی از زندگی، هوش هیجانی بالا و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای بیشتر در رفتارهای فداکارانه و رفتارهای فداکارانه بر کیفیت روابط زوجین، همچنین خودمهارگری با تعادل و کنترل بیشتر در زندگی افراد و اعضای خانواده و ایجاد رفتارهای فداکارانه به‌ویژه رفتارهای فداکارانه همسر قابل تبیین است.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <strong>Introduction: </strong>Drug abuse and substance dependence are one of the major concerns of human society nowadays.<br> &nbsp;<strong>Method:</strong> The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of the perception of the wife&#39;s selfless behaviors in self-compassion and self-control in drug dependent patients. The statistical population were all the clients of addiction treatment clinics in Guilan province. From among them, 225 treatment clients were selected through available sampling method. For collecting data, Harp and Figuers&#39; selfless behaviors questionnaires, Self-Compassion Inventory Questionnaire, and Tunjani&rsquo;s self-management questionnaire were used. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation and path analysis using SPSS version 20 and Amos software.<br> <strong>Finding: </strong>According to statistical analysis, there was a significant positive correlation between self-compassion and self-control. There is also a significant positive correlation between self-compassion and perceived self-sacrifice behaviors.
