fa تعیین کننده های موفقیت مددجویان کارآفرین در طرحهای اشتغالزای کشاورزی کمیته امداد امام خمینی (ره) در استان گلستان Determinants of Success of Entrepreneurial Clients in Agricultural Employment Creation Plans of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Golestan Province رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal مقدمه: کارآفرینی موفق، پیش از آنکه یک فعالیت اقتصادی باشد، نوعی هنر است. موفقیت نیز دارای ساختاری چندبعدی، پیچیده و ناپایدار است که می‌تواند شامل نتایج مالی و غیرمالی شود. موفقیت شغلی کارآفرینان متأثر از عاملهای فردی چون خصوصیات و ویژگیهای شخصی افراد کارآفرین نظیر ریسک‌پذیری، نیاز و میل به پیشرفت، آینده‌نگری، تحمل ابهام و استقلال‌طلبی؛ محیطی چون عاملهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، سیاسی؛ و فنی و ساختاری چون عناصر، عاملها و شرایط فیزیکی، فرهنگ و منابع سازمانی است. براین‌اساس، هدف کلی این تحقیق بررسی عاملهای تعیین‌کننده موفقیت شغلی مددجویان کارآفرین در طرحهای اشتغال‌زای کشاورزی کمیته امداد امام خمینی (ره) در استان گلستان بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر با روش کمی (پیمایش) و ابزار پرسشنامه در بین 350 نفر از مددجویان کارآفرین در طرحهای اشتغال‌زای کشاورزی کمیته امداد امام خمینی(ره) در استان گلستان به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای اجرا شد. اعتبار صوری پرسشنامه توسط پانل متخصصان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و مرحله پیش‌آزمون در منطقه مشابه جامعه آماری با تعداد 30 پرسشنامه صورت گرفت و با داده‌های کسب‌شده و استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی پرسشنامه تحقیق برای عاملهای شخصی- انگیزشی، مهارتی، حمایتی و زیربنایی، 894/0 به دست آمد. یافته‌ها: اولویت‌بندی مؤلفه‌های تعیین‌کننده موفقیت مددجویان کارآفرین در طرحهای اشتغال‌زای کشاورزی نشان داد از بین مؤلفه‌های عامل شخصیتی و انگیزشی، علاقه به موفقیت در کار؛ از بین مؤلفه‌های عامل مهارتی، برخورداری از تجربیات کاری درزمینه شغلی مربوط؛ از بین مؤلفه‌های عامل حمایتی، برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی و از بین مؤلفه‌های عامل زیربنایی، برخورداری از امکانات تولیدی مانند زمین و آب، در رتبه اول قرار دارند. نتایج آزمون F و t نشان داد تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دیدگاههای پاسخ‌گویان در مورد عاملهای تعیین‌کننده موفقیت شغلی برحسب متغیرهای سطح تحصیلات، درآمد، سطح رضایت از طرح اشتغال‌زایی، میزان تقاضای بازار برای محصولات و برخورداری از مدرک فنی‌وحرفه‌ای درزمینه کسب‌وکار وجود دارد. آزمون فریدمن نشان داد عامل شخصیتی و انگیزشی در موفقیت شغلی مددجویان کارآفرین دارای بیشترین اهمیت و عامل زیربنایی دارای کمترین اهمیت است. بحث: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان می‌دهد مؤلفه‌های شخصیتی و انگیزشی دارای بیشترین و مؤلفه‌های زیربنایی دارای کمترین نقش در موفقیت شغلی مددجویان کارآفرین هستند که به معنای اتکا بیشتر مددجویان بر تواناییها و خصیصه‌های درونی خود در مسیر موفقیت شغلی‌شان است. Introduction: Successful entrepreneurship before being an economic activity is type of art. Success has a multi-dimensional complex and unsustainable structure that includes financial and nonfinancial results. The job success of entrepreneurs is influenced by individual factors such as the characteristics of entrepreneurs such as risk-taking, the need and desire for progress, foresight, tolerance of ambiguity and independence; environmental factors such as economic, social, cultural, political and technical and structural factors such as elements, factors and physical conditions, culture and organizational resources. Accordingly, this study aimed to investigate the factors determining the success of entrepreneurial clients in agricultural employment creation plans of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Golestan Province. Method: The present study was carried out using a quantitative method (survey) and a questionnaire among 350 entrepreneurial clients in agricultural employment plans of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Golestan province by multi-stage random sampling. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts and the pre-test phase was conducted in the same region as the statistical society with 30 questionnaires. Using the obtained data and using the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, the reliability of the questionnaire for personal-motivational factors, skill, support and infrastructure, was 0/894. Findings: Prioritization of the determinants of the success of entrepreneurial clients in agricultural employment plans showed that among the components of personality- motivational factors, the interest in success in work; among the components of the proficiency factors, having experience in relevant work; among supportive factors, conducting training courses and among infrastructural factors, having production facilities such as land and water, are ranked first. The results of the F and T tests showed that there is a significant difference between the participants’ viewpoints about determinants of job success in term of educational level, income, the satisfaction level of employment creation plan, the market demand amount for productions and having technical and vocational certificate related to enterprise. The Friedman test showed that the personality-motivational factor had the highest importance and infrastructural factor had the lowest importance in job success of entrepreneurial clients.
