fa نقش مدیریت بحران و سوانح شهری در احساس امنیت شهروندان Role of Management of Urban Disasters and Accidents In the Sense of Security and Welfare of Citizens رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal مقدمه: امنیت یکی از بارزترین وجوه بالندگی یک جامعه و زمینه‌ساز رشد، توسعه و ثبات آن محسوب می‌شود. شکوفایی اقتصادی یک جامعه، سرمایه‌گذاری، برنامه‌ریزی برای توسعه، پیشرفت و هرگونه فعالیتی که می‌تواند عاملی مؤثر برای بهبود اوضاع اقتصادی و رفاه اجتماعی و سایر ابعاد جامعه باشد، همه در سایه استقرار امنیت هستند؛ بنابراین هدف این مطالعه بررسی نقش مدیریت بحران و سوانح شهری در احساس امنیت و رفاه شهروندان شهر تهران است. روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی-پیمایشی بوده و از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل شهروندان شهر تهران و مدیران، معاونان و کارشناسان ستاد مدیریت بحران در مناطق 22 گانه شهر تهران بود. نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای و حجم نمونه برای شهروندان 376 نفر و برای کارشناسان 40 نفر است. یافته‌ها: بیشترین تأثیر مدیریت بحران در افزایش احساس امنیت از دیدگاه کارشناسان به ترتیب شامل حمایت و رفاه اجتماعی، کاهش ریسک و مخاطره، کاهش جرایم و بزهکاری و نظم اجتماعی است. بر اساس دیدگاه شهروندان به ترتیب بیشترین تأثیر مدیریت بحران در افزایش احساس امنیت شامل کاهش ریسک و مخاطره، حمایت اجتماعی، نظم اجتماعی و کاهش جرایم و بزهکاری است. بحث: احساس امنیت برای سالم‌بودن وضعیت جسمی و روانی افراد جامعه لازم و ضروری است. عدم امنیت شخص را در وضعیت به‌هم‌ریختگی ساختار روحی و روانی قرار می‌دهد. مدیریت و کنترل بحران می‌تواند یک جامعه باثبات و آرام را پدید آورد و موجب امنیت خاطر شهروندانش در مقابل حوادث غیرمترقبه و تغییرات شدید شود. Introduction:  Security one of the most obvious aspects of the growth of a society and the foundation of its growth, development and stability. The economic prosperity of a society, investment, planning for development, progress and any activity that can be an effective factor for improving the economic situation, and social welfare and other aspects of the society, are all under the shadow of security establishment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of crisis management and urban accidents in the sense of security and well-being of the citizens of Tehran. Method:  The research method is descriptive-survey and a questionnaire used. The statistical population included the citizens of Tehran and managers, deputies and experts of crisis management headquarters in 22 districts of Tehran. Cluster sampling and sample size is 376 people for citizens and 40 people for experts. Findings: The greatest impact of crisis management in increasing the sense of security from the experts' point of view includes social support and welfare, reducing risk and danger, reducing crimes and delinquency, and social order. According to citizens' point of view, the greatest effect of crisis management in increasing the sense of security includes reducing risk and danger, social support, social order, and reducing crimes and delinquency. Discussion: The feeling of security is necessary and essential for the healthy physical and mental condition of the people of the society. security puts the person in a state of mental and psychological structure disorder.
