fa حق مشارکت کودکان رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <p dir="RTL">روانشناسی تربیتی ثابت کرده است که اگر به کودکان اعتماد کنیم،‌ آنان افرادی متکی به نفس بار می‌آیند و اگر به‌آنها اجازه دهیم که در مسائل مربوط به‌خود تصمیم‌گیری کنند، مسئولیت‌پذیر خواهند شد. برهمین اساس ماده 12 کنوانسیون بین‌المللی حقوق کودک توصیه می‌کند که برای کودکان باید فرصتهایی فراهم آورده شود تا بتوانند در هریک از مراحل دادرسی، اجرایی و قضایی مربوط به‌خود به‌طور مستقیم یا از طریق یک نماینده ابراز عقیده نمایند.</p> <p dir="RTL">دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران در اسفند 1372 به‌ کنوانسیون یادشده ملحق شد و تعهد کرد که مقررات آن را به شرط عدم مغایرت با موازین اسلامی یا قوانین داخلی، اجرا کند. مقاله حاضر به بررسی شیوه‌ اجرای ماده 12 کنوانسیون در قوانین ایران می‌پردازد.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p align="left">Educational psychology has approved that children will become accountable if we let them to make their own decisions, and they will be grown up self-confidence if we trust them.
