fa قاچاق زنان و کودکان برای بهره کشی جنسی (از منع جهانی تا حمایت از بزه دیدگان) رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <p>بهره کشی جنسی از زنان و کودکان، اگرچه گذشته ای دراز دارد، اما در دهه های اخیر شکل منظم و سازمان یافته به خود گرفته و جهانی شده است. در این مقاله، مقررات و اسناد بین المللی و نیز قوانین داخلی برخی از کشورهای درگیر این مساله، درباره قاچاق زنان و کودکان به قصد بهره کشی جنسی بررسی می شود. خواهیم دید که چگونه با افزایش بزه دیدگان این دسته از جرایم، مقررات بین المللی به بررسی دقیق تر حقوق بزه دیدگان و ضرورت حمایت از ایشان متمایل شده اند. دو اصل مهم &laquo;ممنوعیت بی قید و شرط بهره کشی جنسی&raquo; و &laquo;ضرورت حمایت از بزه دیدگان، بدون توجه به رضایت و تابعیت آن ها&raquo; مبنای عمل قرار گرفته است.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>Although sexual exploitation of women and children has a long history, but in the current decades it has been well shaped and become regular. In this paper, we ana&not;lyze International Instruments and the national law of some countries that engaged in this global problem. It seems that with increasing of victims of these crimes, international instruments inclined to precise study of victims&#39 right and necessity of their protection.
