fa آزار جنسی، کودک آزاری، حقوق کودکان رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <p>هدف از این مقاله گونه‌شناسی نقض حقوق کودکان ایران است که شامل جرائم علیه کودکان و مواردی است که در قوانین داخلی به عنوان جرم شناخته نشده اما مصداق پایمال سازی حقوق کودکان به شمار می‌آید است مانند نظام آموزشی و آزمون غیر دموکراتیک.<br> برای اثبات وجود آن بخش از گونه‌هایی که شامل جرائم علیه کودکان است مروری بر دو روزنامه کثیر الانتشار در دوره یکساله اخیر شده و فهرستی از اقدامات علیه کودکان استخراج شده‌اند تا با روش استقرایی به ارایه برخی از گونه‌ها پرداخته شود. معیار اصلی گونه‌شناسی ما، اقدامات شدید علیه کودکان بوده است و اقدامات خفیف که از نظر به شمار آمدن به عنوان کودک آزاری در فرهنگ‌های مختلف مورد اختلاف است لحاظ نشده ‌اند. تاکید بر این بوده که آمار ارایه شده فقط از دو روزنامه است و شامل مطبوعات دیگر و نیز مراجعات و شکایات و گزارشات مراکز درمانی و آموزشی و انتظامی نمی‌گردد بنابراین آمار واقعی بسیار بیش از آن است که در مقاله آمده.<br> بخش دیگری از گونه‌های پایمال شد حقوق کودک نیز از طریق مشاهده و تجربه و تحلیل احصاء شده اند. و در نهایت ۹ گونه یا نوع شناخته شده که هر کدام می تواند معلول ها و فروع خاص خود را داشته باشد.</p> <p></p> <p>The main purpose of this article is the case of children&rsquo;s trampeld rights in Iran including the crimes that are not regarded as crimes in our domestic laws, such as undemocratic education system. In order to prove those groups of crimes, made a revision over two highly^ published newspapers and drow out a list of different crimes and hassles against children and made an inductive study about them. The main criteria focused on were based on even aggressive or moderate crimes. It should be noticed that information mentioned here is taken frome only two news-papers and we didn&rsquo;t take advantage of other cases such as complaints and police , health centers or educational centers reports, so we expect the real statistical reports are more than we have in hand. Some other cases are brouth into consid&not;eration by direct observation and ultimately cases or types of trampled rights of children have been recognized.
