fa حقوق بشر و حقوق کارگران معلول در مقررات داخلی و بین‌المللی رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <p dir="RTL">معلولان به عنوان اعضای جامعه بشری همواره با چالش‌هایی از نظر کار و حرفه روبرو بوده‌اند<span dir="LTR">.</span> مشکلات فراروی آن‌ها لزوماً ناشی از شرایط جسمی و ذهنی ایشان نیست بلکه، در اکثر موارد، این طرز تلقی غلط جامعه است که آن‌ها را از صحنه کار و فعالیت دور نگه می‌دارد<span dir="LTR">.</span> با وجود تحولاتی که در سطح بین‌المللی از لحاظ حقوقی و اجتماعی به وقوع پیوسته و دستاورد آن گرایش مثبت برای به کارگیری معلولان است، هنوز هم محدوده دقیق حقوق قانونی این دسته از افراد در ابهام قرار دارد<span dir="LTR">.</span> در این مقاله ضمن بررسی حقوق شغلی و حرفه‌ای اشخاص معلول در مقررات داخلی و بین‌المللی به آن‌چه فی‌الواقع باید در جهت تأمین حقوق مذکور برای ایشان لحاظ شود، خواهیم پرداخت<span dir="LTR">.</span></p> <p>Persons with disabilities as a member of human society always confront to challenge about work and profession. This problems are not necessarily resulted from physical conditions of these persons, but most of the time arise from wrong point of view of society that keep out them of work and activity. In spite of international transitions about this matter in the area of law and sociology, those leading to positive regards for work of persons with disabilities, the exact frame of the right of these persons are uncertain.
