fa کیفیت زندگی و ارتباط آن با مشخصات زمینه ای و ارتباطات خانواده در نوجوانان و جوانان مراجعه کننده به مراکز مراجعه کننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:10.75pt"><strong><em>مقدمه: </em></strong><em>اعتیاد به مواد مخدر به‌عنوان یک مسئله زیستی، روانی و اجتماعی تمام ابعاد زندگی فرد از جمله کیفیت زندگی را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد که در این بین،</em><em> نوجوانان و جوانان در برابر این پدیده خطرناک، بیش از سایر گروهها آسیب‌پذیرند. پژوهش</em> <em>حاضر با</em> <em>هدف</em> <em>تعیین</em><em> رابطه بین مشخصات زمینه‌ای و روابط خانوادگی با کیفیت زندگی در نوجوانان و جوانان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد در بدو ورود و دریافت نگهدارنده انجام شده است.</em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:10.75pt"><strong><em>روش:</em></strong> <em>مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی است که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس در بین 137 نفر از</em><em> نوجوانان و جوانان مراجعه‌کننده در بدو ورود به مراکز ترک اعتیاد در گروه سنی 25-12 سال در سطح شهر اصفهان انجام گرفته است. </em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:10.75pt"><strong><em>یافته‌ها:</em></strong><em> در میان هشت بعد کیفیت زندگی، میانگین بعد عملکرد اجتماعی از همه ابعاد کیفیت زندگی پایین‌تر گزارش شد (</em><em>79/42</em><em>=</em><em><span dir="LTR">M</span></em><em>). در مورد ارتباط </em><em>مشخصات زمینه‌ای با کیفیت زندگی، مشخص شد که سن، وضعیت اشتغال و درآمد با کیفیت زندگی رابطه ندارد، در حالی که سن شروع اعتیاد، وضعیت تأهل، روابط خانوادگی </em><em>و مشکلات خانوادگی با کیفیت زندگی رابطه دارد. </em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:10.75pt"><strong><em>بحث: </em></strong><em>افراد وابسته به مواد مخدر در بدو شروع درمان، از سطح کیفیت زندگی پایین، بخصوص در بعد عملکرد اجتماعی برخوردارند. از طرفی، توجه به مشکلات خانوادگی و </em><em>روابط خانوادگی </em><em>در نوجوانان و جوانان و ارتباط آن با کیفیت زندگی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. بنابراین، به‌منظور درمان و کاهش عود مجدد اعتیاد، توجه به ابعاد مختلف کیفیت زندگی به‌ویژه بعد اجتماعی و ارتباطات خانوادگی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. </em></p> <p><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family: Lotus font-size: 11pt mso-ansi-font-size: 9.0pt mso-bidi-language: FA"><!--stripped--></span></b></p> <p><strong>Introduction</strong>: Drug addiction as a bio - psycho - social life problem impact all aspects of life including quality of life, in this way adolescents and young people are more vulnerable than other groups against this dangerous phenomenon. This study aim was to determine the quality of life and relation with background characteristics and family relationships in adolescents and young people in initial of Methadone Maintenance Therapy in Isfahan city.</p> <p><strong>Method</strong>: This study was a cross sectional study that was conducted in a convenience sampling among137 adolescents and young people ages 12-25 at the beginning of entering to the addiction treatment centers in Isfahan city.</p> <p>Findings: Among the eight domains of quality of life, social functioning mean lower quality of life was reported (42.79 percent). Demographic characteristics, it was found that the quality of life with age, employment status and income were not statistically significant, while the age at the onset of addiction, marital status, and is statistically significant. Quality of life had a positive correlation with family relationships and family problem.</p> <p><strong>Discussion</strong>: This study showed that drug-dependent persons had the lower quality of life, especially in social activities. Due to study results, pay attention to family problems and family relationships of adolescents and young people and its relation to quality of life are important.
