fa ارزیابی خدمات ارائه‌شده در روستامهدهای (مشارکتی و غیرمشارکتی) کشور بر اساس شاخص های رشد و تکامل یکپارچه کودکان خردسال (IECD) رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.2pt"><strong><em>مقدمه:</em></strong><em> لزوم جامع‌نگری در برنامه‌های مرتبط با کودکان، امروزه به‌عنوان یکی از اصلی‌ترین محورهای فکری دیده می‌شود. از همین‌رو سازمان بهزیستی اقدام به راه‌اندازی روستامهد در بسیاری از مناطق کشور نموده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناخت کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده در روستامهدها براساس شاخصهای رشد و تکامل یکپارچه کودکان خردسال (</em><em><span dir="LTR">IECD</span></em><em>) است. </em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.2pt"><strong><em>روش: </em></strong><em>این مطالعه با روش پیمایش در بین 123 روستامهد از میان 3 استان کشور و 219 والدین و 149 مربی با روش نمونه‌گیری سهمیه‌ای انجام شده است. ابزار سنجش، پرسشنامه‌ای شامل چک لیستی براساس شاخصهای </em><em><span dir="LTR">IECD</span></em> <em>بوده که با مصاحبه حضوری تکمیل شد.</em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.2pt"><strong><em>یافته‌ها:</em></strong><em> بیش از دو سوم مهدکودکها از لحاظ امکانات کلی (آموزشی، بهداشتی، تفریحی و رفاهی) در سطح پایینی قرار دارند. میانگین مشارکت والدین در برنامه‌های مهدکودک پایین‌تر از متوسط است اما در شاخصهای آموزش نظیر تعداد مربی، محتوا و برنامه آموزشی بالاتر از میانگین استاندارد قرار دارد. در مواردی چون کل مقیاس آموزش، اختلاف معناداری بین میانگین مهدهای مشارکتی (بهزیستی و یونیسف) و مهدهای غیرمشارکتی وجود ندارد. اما از لحاظ میزان پوشش کل کودکان روستا نسبت به کودکان ثبت‌نامی، مهدکودکهای مشارکتی پوشش بالاتری دارند.</em></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:14.2pt"><strong><em>بحث: </em></strong><em>روستامهدها از نظر آموزشی در وضعیت نسبتاً مناسبی قرار دارند، اما از نظر امکانات رفاهی، بهداشتی و تفریحی پایین‌تر از سطح استاندارد هستند. لذا روستامهدها نیاز به حمایت اقتصادی و یا آموزش برای حمایت‌یابی و همچنین نیاز به نظارت بیشتری دارند.</em></p> <p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font><strong style="line-height: 1.6em;">Introduction</strong><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">: Nowadays essential and primary approach among policymakers and experts about children is providing comprehensive services. State Welfare Organization of Iran has developed the village kindergarten services in the most rural area of the country .The aim of this study is to evaluate the quality of the services in village kindergartens by IECD indexes.</span></p> <p><strong>Method</strong>: The Method of the study is survey and statistical population is all of the village kindergarten of Iran.123 village kindergartens, 219 parents and 149 teachers were chosen as samples of 3 provinces. In this study the questionnaire was used to evaluate the quality of program that included the checklist of IECD indexes and they were filled by interviewing.</p> <p><strong>Findings: </strong>Results showed that the parent&rsquo;s participant is lower than the average but some indexes as number of teachers and curriculum are more than the average. In most of the criteria such as education there isn&rsquo;t any meaningful difference but in rate of all of the children to registered ones it showed meaningful difference among participatory and not-participatory village kindergartens.</p> <p><strong>Discussion</strong>: It&rsquo;s concluded from the study that these kindergartens have high standards in education but they are in low level of welfare and health services.
