fa فقر درآمدی فقط یک جنبه از فقر زنان سرپرست خانوار رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <p>زنان از قابلیت‌ها و امکاناتی که برای کاهش فقر لازم است، محرومند. نگرانی از پیوستن جمعی از زنان به گروه «فقیرترین فقرا» سبب طرح رویکردهای متفاوتی از جمله «توانمند سازی زنان» شده است. تحقق فرآیند توانمندسازی برای زنان فقیر نیازمند تحول در تمام نهادهائی است که آن‌ها را از کسب قابلیت‌ها محروم نموده و در معرض خطر فقر، نه تنها فقر درآمدی، قرار داده است. این مقاله که براساس یافته‌ای پژوهشی، در چارچوب مفهومی فقر و توانمندسازی و با ترکیب روش‌های کمی و کیفی در جامعه زنان سرپرست خانوار شهر اراک تدوین شده نشان می‌دهد که زنان به خاطر زن بودن بیشتر در معرض فقر قرار دارند. فقر زنان فقط جبنه اقتصادی ندارد و جنبه‌های روانی و اجتماعی فقر زنان نیز مهم است. برای مبارزه با فقر، توانمندی زنان و تحولات ساختاری لازم است.</p> <p>Women are deprived from the capacities and capabilities needed for poverty reduction. The anxieties of women falling into the group of “poorest of the poor” has resulted in the development of different approaches including “Women Empowerment”. It seems the Process of empowerment of the poor women requires changes in all the institutions which have deprived them from the capabilities and have put them at the risk of poverty. This article presents part of the findings of a research conducted by the methods of group discussion and survey among the female headed households of Arak (a city in central part of Iran). It is shown that because of their sex, women are more vulnerable against poverty. Their Poverty is not only income but in the social and psychological dimensions which are as important as economic aspect.
