fa فقر در خانوارهای ایرانی (با نگاهی به نتایج طرح هزینه درآمد خانواردر ایران) رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <p>هدف این مقاله، بررسی فقر در اقتصاد ایران با استفاده از آمار هزینه‌ و درآمد خانوارها به عنوان شاخصی برای ترسیم وضعیت فقر طی سال‌های 1361 تا 1382 است. اساس این بررسی، بر این پایه استوار است که افزایش یا کاهش و همچنین مصرف کالاها در سبد مصرف خانوارها نشان از تغییر اوضاع زندگی آنان دارد. ملاک قضاوت درباره‌ی تغییر ساختار و روند شاخص‌ها نیز «نظریه‌ی انگل» درباره رفتار مصرفی خانوارهاست که می‌گوید با بهبود اوضاع اقتصادی زندگی خانوارها، سهم مصرف کالاهای خوراکی کاهش می‌یابد. بررسی‌های انجام شده نشان می‌دهد که اوضاع اقتصادی خانوارهای ایرانی طی دو دهه گذشته شرایط نگران‌کننده‌ای داشته است و خانوارها به شکل فزاینده‌ای تحت فشارهای اقتصادی بوده‌اند. همچنین این نتیجه به دست می‌آید که تغییر ساختار مصرف خانوارها نه به خاطر بهبود اوضاع فقر در کشور، که ناشی از وجود فشارهای اقتصادی بوده است.</p> <p>The main object of any rational human being is a better standard of living, peace and welfare. Looking at the past, the history of nations around the world shows that most of them have been successful in achieving this goal and the standard of living and welfare of people in most countries has considerably raised. This article seeks to survey the poverty of Iranian households during the last two decades (1983-2003). For this purpose, the authors have gathered and calculated the deflated states of households&#39 expenditure and income published by Iran Statistical Center Yearbooks. The results show that the real consumption of households has decreased during some twenty past years and both rural and urban families have become poorer.
