fa ویژگی های «جامعه سالم» بر اساس تجارب و ادراکات شهروندان تهرانی Healthy Community as Conceptualized by Residents of Tehran City رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal مقدمه: به‌دلیل اهمیت موضوع سلامت اجتماعی و ضرورت دستیابی به شاخصها‌ی آن، پژوهشها‌ی متعددی در جهان صورت گرفته است که تعاریف موجود معمولاً براساس نظر متخصصین تبیین شده و کمتر به تجارب مردم عادی توجه شده و گاه از آن غفلت شده است. بنا به این ضرورت، مطالعه حاضر در پی صورت‌بندی تعریفی از سلامت اجتماعی براساس تجارب و ادراکات مردم است. روش: با برگزاری 3 جلسه بحث گروهی متمرکز با حضور 22 نفر از شهروندان ساکن تهران همچنین با به‌کارگیری روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی، ویژگیها‌ و ابعاد جامعه سالم استخراج شد. یافته‌ها‌: مطالعه حاضر، براساس تجارب و ادراکات شهروندان تهرانی، 14 ویژگی ذیل را برای جامعه سالم شناسایی و تبیین کرده است: انجام مناسب تکالیف توسط حکومت (در حوزه برنامه‌ریزی، رفاه اجتماعی، برقراری آزادیها‌ی دموکراتیک، حوزه قوانین و عدالت قضایی، شایسته‌سالاری، عدالت اجتماعی، برقراری امنیت اجتماعی)، سلامت ذهنی، روانی و معنوی، فرهنگ و ارزشها‌ی اجتماعی، خانواده سالم، پایین بودن مشکلات اجتماعی، سرمایه اجتماعی، امنیت اقتصادی، سلامت نظام آموزش ‌و پرورش، نشاط اجتماعی، محیط‌زیست سالم، امنیت سیاسی، بی‌طرفی حکومت در برابر عقاید مردم، سلامت جسمی و امنیت غذایی. بحث: بخشی از تجارب و ادراکات مردم به‌عنوان ویژگیها‌ی جامعه سالم، اشتراکاتی با تجارب سایر کشورها دارد از جمله سلامت ذهنی، روانی و معنوی، محیط‌زیست سالم، سلامت جسمی، امنیت غذایی، سرمایه اجتماعی، پایین بودن مشکلات اجتماعی. اما تعدادی از مشخصات، ویژه جامعه ماست از جمله انجام مناسب تکالیف توسط حکومت (آزادیها‌ی دموکراتیک، عدالت قضایی، شایسته‌سالاری)، سلامت نظام آموزش‌ و پرورش و بی‌طرفی حکومت در برابر عقاید مردم. Intruduction :Several studies have been already conducted to explore social health related indexs due to the importance of this concept that the existing definitions of health are usually defined based on the experts’ views and less attention has been paid to the grass-root people’s experiences and in some instances, those experiences have even been neglected. According to the necessity the present study is going to develope and formulate a comperhensive definition on social health based on people’s experiences and perceptions. Method : In this study, the “Focused Group Discussion” method was used through holding three focused group discussion sessions, participated with 22 <a name="OLE_LINK15"></a><a name="OLE_LINK16"></a><a name="OLE_LINK19">residents</a> of Tehran City and the characterics and aspects of healthy community were extracted by using qualitative content analysis method. Results: The present study identified 14 following characteristics for “healthy community” based on the experiences and perceptions of residents of Tehran: Government’s proper performance of its duties (in planning, social welfare, establishing democratic freedoms, laws and procedural justice, <a name="OLE_LINK12"></a><a name="OLE_LINK11">meritocracy</a>, social justice and social security establishment scopes), emotional ,<a name="OLE_LINK2"></a><a name="OLE_LINK1">mental and spiritual health</a>, culture and social values, healthy family, lower social problems, social capital, economic security, healthy education system, social vitality , healthy environment, political security, neutrality of government  regarding people’s personal opinions, physical health and food <a name="OLE_LINK6"></a><a name="OLE_LINK5">security</a>.
