fa بررسی رضایتمندی بیماران روانی و خانواده هایشان از برنامه های بهداشت روان در مناطق روستایی رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <p>طرح مسئله: این پژوهش با هدف تعیین میزان رضایتمندی بیماران روانی و خانواده شان از برنامه بهداشت روان در مناط ق روستایی شهرستان سنندج در سال 1383 انجام گرفته است. روش: در این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی با استفاده از روش طبقه ای، به طور تصادفی، اطلاعات مربوط به 51 بیمار روانی و خانواده شان که تحت پوشش خانه های بهداشت و مراکز روستایی بودند، مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته ها: این پژوهش نشان داد که 6/ 47 % از بیماران روانی و خانواده آنها از نحوه برخورد بهورزان و 3/ 47 % از این بیماران از نحوه ارائه خدمات در خانه بهداشت (دارو، پیگیری، آموزش و ارجاع ) راضی بودند . همچنین 1/ 57 % از آنها از نحوه ارائه خدمت در مراکز روستایی (آموزش، دارو، پیگیری و ارجاع ) راضی بودند . 3/ 86 % از بیماران مراجعه کننده به مراکز روستایی به دلیل به صرفه بودن از نظر اقتصادی و 3/ 84 % از آنها به دلیل به صرفه بودن از حیث وقت و زمان رضایت داشتند . اما 8/ 64 % از بیماران مراجعه کننده به مراکز روستایی از لحاظ نتیجه درمانی ناراضی بودند. نتایج: با ارتقای کیفیت ارائه خدمات، خصوصاً دارو، می توان به طور مداوم بر میزان رضایتمندی بیماران روانی و خانواده شان افزود.</p> <p>Objectives: This study was aimed to evaluate satisfaction of psychiatric patients and their families from mental health programs in rural centers in Sanandaj city. Method: The study sample included 51 psychiatric patients and families who are under coverage of rurar health center. Data was collected through an administration of questionnaires. The collected data was analysed using the descriptive and nonparametric statistic. Findings: 47.6% psychiatric patients and their families reported satisfachion from mental health services delivery system. Also, 57.8% of them were satified from rural health centers personals and 57.1% of them were satisfied from the service delivery system in rural health center, 86.2% and 84.3% psychiatric patient were satisfied from receving mental health services financially and interms of spending time respectively. Finally, 64.8% psychiatric patients were not satisfied from therapeutic outcomes.
