fa روند شکل‌گیری حقوق تأمین اجتماعی در اسناد و موازین بین‌المللی رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <p>طرح بحث: تأمین اجتماعی، به‌عنوان یکی از نهادهای ضروری برای زندگی نوین، در سایه تحولات جهانی در مفهوم حق و ساختار سیاسی حکومت شکل گرفته است. با وجود انجام تحقیقات نسبتاً مفصل در زمینه تأمین اجتماعی از جنبه‌های اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و تاریخی، این موضوع ـ به ویژه در کشورمان ـ به ندرت از لحاظ حقوقی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. روش تحقیق: این مطالعه با استفاده از روش کتابخانه انجام شده است و هدف از آن مطالعه روند شکل‌گیری حقوق تأمین اجتماعی و تحولات آن با تکیه بر اسناد و مقررات بین‌المللی می‌باشد. یافته‌ها: بررسی موضوع نشان داد که رابطه منسجمی از حیث حق و تکلیف بر تأمین اجتماعی میان دولت و مردم وجود دارد و لذا حقوق تأمین اجتماعی یکی از مقوله‌های حقوق بشر به شمار می‌آید.</p> <p>Objective: Social Security as an essential element for modern life, formed in follow of world wide evolutions in concepts of rights and political thoughts of governing. In spite of many researches in the field of social security from social, economic, political and historical view points, there were not often legal analyses in this matter. Method: The purpose of this paper is to study the social security creation and completion process according to the history of global conventions and provisions.
