fa یارانه‌ها، رشد و فقر رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <p>رابطه میان روش پرداخت یارانه‌ها، رشد اقتصادی و فقر موضوعی مورد مناقشه در میان اقتصاددانان و سیاست‌گذاران است. این مقاله، ضمن بررسی دو دیدگاه رقیب موجود در این‌باره، رویکرد غالب نئوکلاسیکی و رویکرد توسعه‌ای نهادگراـ ساختارگرا، تلاش می‌کند میزان کفایت و مناسبت تبیینی آن‌ها را بر مبنای تجربه‌ی تاریخی مربوط به اجرای سیاست‌های تعدیل ساختاری و تثبیت اقتصادی و سازگاری چارچوب‌های تبیینی مذکور با شرایط خاص اقتصادها از جمله اقتصاد ایران، ارزیابی کند.</p> <p>The relation between subsidies in one hand growth and poverty reduction in other hand is an important debate among the economists and policy makers. This article, at first, gives a picture ot this debate and challenge, between Neo-Clasic and structure-Institutional approaches.
