fa وضعیّت مشارکت و اشتغال زنان در ایران رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <p>مقاله حاضر مشارکت و اشتغال زنان در ایران را بررسی می‌کند و نشان می‌دهد که به رغم دستاوردهای زنان در زمینه‌های تحصیلی و اجتماعی طی سه سال گذشته، وضعیت آنان در بازار کار بهبود نیافته است. نرخ مشارکت زنان پایین است؛ نرخ بی‌کاریشان طی سال‌های اخیر افزایش یافته است؛ و گزینه‌های شغلی آنان همچنان محدود باقی مانده است. همچنین، تلاش‌های زنان تحصیل‌کرده در بازار کار با توفیق درخوری همراه نبوده است. طی سال‌های نخست پس از انقلاب و دوران جنگ، نرخ مشارکت و اشتغال زنان دچار کاهش چشم‌گیری شد. سیاست‌گذاری عمومی تا حدی موجبات این کاهش را فراهم آورد، هر چند که عوامل دیگری نیز دخیل بودند. مقاله به بررسی ویژگی‌های جنسیتی تحولات اخیر بازار کار در ایران می‌پردازد. به این منظور، داده‌های آخرین سرشماری ایران تحلیل می‌شود؛ در اطلاعات تکمیلی سال‌های اخیر غور می‌شود؛ و مسائل نهادی و ساختاری مرتبط با اشتغال و مشارکت زنان به بحث گذاشته می‌شود. افزون بر این، پیشنهادهایی برای تمهیدات آتی ارائه می‌شود.</p> <p>This paper discusses female labor force participation and employment in Iran. It shows that despite women&#39s educational and social achievements over the last thirty years, their position in the labor force has not improved. Their rate of participation remains low, their unemployment rate has been on the rise in recent years, and their occupational choices are limited. Further, educated women have not faired well in the labor market. The war and revolutionary atmosphere in the 1980s resulted in a severe decline of women&#39s participation and employment figures. Public policy was partly responsible for the decline but there were also cultural issues that tended to exacerbate the situation. The Paper examines the gender characteristics of recent developments in Iran&#39s labor market. It analyses data from the most recent years, and reviews institutional and structural issues pertinent to women and work.
