fa بررسی تاثیر فناوری اطلاعات وارتباطات (ICT) بر امنیت اجتماعی شهروندان رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal مقدمه: کاربرد راه‌حل‌های فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات برای موفقیت اجرای سیاست‌های اجتماعی، شامل اصلاح امنیت اجتماعی و طراحی و مدیریت استراتژیک برنامه‌های امنیت اجتماعی، ضروری است. بنا به این ضرورت، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تأثیر ICT بر احساس امنیت اجتماعی شهروندان پرداخته است.<br>روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، پیمایشی است. جامعه مورد بررسی در این تحقیق، شهروندان منطقه 2 ارومیه بودند که از بین آن‌ها 327 نفر با استفاده از جدول مورگان، به عنوان حجم نمونه برآورد شدند و با تلفیقی از روش‌های نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده، طبقه‌بندی‌شده و نظام‌مند، انتخاب و پیمایش شدند.<br>یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات بر امنیت اجتماعی، تأثیر مثبت دارد و از بین سه مؤلفه امنیت اجتماعی (اعتماد شهروندان، هویت‌خواهی اجتماعی و فقر اقتصادی)، بیشترین تأثیر آن، بر مؤلفۀ اعتماد اجتماعی است.<br>بحث: با توجه به یافته‌های این مطالعه، اگر از فناوری ارتباطات و اطلاعات به درستی استفاده شود، می‌تواند به عنوان ابزار توانمندسازی در جهت توسعۀ امنیت اجتماعی جامع تر، مطرح شود.<br> <font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify line-height: normal text-indent: 0cm unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr tab-stops: 113.05pt"><font size="2"><font face="Times New Roman"><b><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman"">Introduction:</span></b><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman""> Effective Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions are essential to the successful implementation of national social policy including social security reform and also the design and strategic management of integrated social security programs. The statistical populations of the research were region 2 citizens of Urmia city. In order to achieve the research purposes, we made a main hypothesis and three subsidiaries hypotheses. The tools consist of a questionnaire containing 17 questions in order to test these hypotheses. After evaluating the validity and reliability, 327 people were chosen as statistical population according to Morgan table and Stratified random sampling. Finally, all the questionnaires were collected and then the information was categorized and summarized. The results showed that among the region 2 citizens of Urmia, ICT have a positive impact on social security.
