fa تحلیل فضایی نابرابری سلامت در شهر شیراز Spatial Analysis of Health Inequality in Shiraz City رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal طرح‌مسئله: نابرابری‌ها مختص به نابرابری درآمدی نیست و این نابرابری در حوزه‌های دیگری چون سلامت نیز موجودیت دارد. در پژوهش حاضر، نابرابری‌های سلامت در کلان‌شهر شیراز با استفاده از شاخص‌های وگستاف، پاسی، فون دورسلر و آمارتیا سن سنجیده شده است. روش: پژوهش از نوع کمی و ‌تحلیلی است و قلمرو پژوهش را مناطق نه‌گانه‌ی شهر شیراز در سال ۱۳۹۰ تشکیل می‌دهد. با استفاده از شاخص تمرکز پاسی و فون دورسلر و وگستاف و بهره‌گیری از 30 متغیر، وضعیت نابرابری سلامت در سطح مناطق و نیز، با استفاده از شاخص آمارتیا سن و بهره‌گیری از گروه‌های هشت‌گانۀ هزینه، مؤلفه‌های هزینه که رفاه خانوارها را در شهر شیراز تحت‌تأثیر قرار داده، بررسی شده است. یافته‌ها: شاخص‌های تمرکز پاسی و فون دورسلر و وگستاف نشان می‌دهد که مؤلفه‌های سلامت در مناطق نه‌گانه‌ی کلان‌شهر شیراز به‌شکل متوازنی توزیع نشده است. براساس مقدار شاخص پاسی و فون دورسلر، ۳۸.۶ درصد و براساس مقدار شاخص وگستا، نزدیک به ۳۸.۱۴ درصد از متغیرهای سلامت در منطقۀ یک شیراز متمرکز شده‌اند. نتایج: هزینه‌های مسکن و متعلقات آن، بیش از سایر گروه‌های هزینه،‌ رفاه خانوارها را تحت‌تأثیر قرار داده و پس از آن، مواد خوراکی در رتبه بعدی قرار دارد و هزینه‌های تفریح و خدمات فرهنگی نیز در رتبه‌ی آخر قرار دارد. <p style="background-position: 0% 0% margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify vertical-align: top background-image: none background-attachment: scroll background-repeat: repeat background-size: auto background-origin: padding-box background-clip: border-box mso-background-themecolor: background1">Inequality is not specific to income inequality and income inequality showing the limited view of the inequality in the society. The present study attempted to measure inequality in metropolitan of Shiraz by useing Wagstaff, Paci, Van Doorslaer and Amartya Sen Indexs.Using the Paci, Van Doorslaer and Wagstaff concentration index and advantage of the 30 variables to assess the status of health inequality in metropolitan areas of Shiraz and the sociology of Amartya Sen and the cost of the eight groups making components of the welfare costs affected households in the city of Shiraz has been paid. Results Paci and Van Doorslaer Concentration index show that the health component in nine metropolitan areas of Shiraz, the distribution is not balanced. This index shows that 38.6 percent of the health variables in the region are concentrated in a city of Shiraz.Wagstaff index shows that nearly 38.14 percent of the health variables in the region are concentrated in the city of Shiraz. Results of the use of the amartya sen index show that Cost of housing more than other groups cost has been affected the welfare of households and after this group, food costs more than other groups influence their welfare.
