fa ارزیابی پایایی و روایی نسخۀ فارسی پرسش‌نامۀ سنجش معنویت، در سالمندان ایرانی Determining Reliability and Validity of Persian Version of Scale of Spirituality among Older Iranian Population رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <h1 style="TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% PAGE-BREAK-AFTER: auto TEXT-ALIGN: justify MARGIN: 0cm 19.85pt 0pt TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida LINE-HEIGHT: 80% mso-pagination: widow-orphan" dir="rtl">مقدمه: تعریف سازمان جهانی بهداشت از سلامت آسایش کامل جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی و معنوی است و نه فقط نبود بیماری و نقص. این تعریف اهمیت معنویت را در سلامت سالمندان نشان می‌دهد. باتوجه‌به نبودن پرسش‌نامۀ فارسی برای ارزیابی معنویت در میان سالمندان، هدف این مطالعه ارزیابی پایایی و روایی نسخۀ فارسی پرسش‌نامۀ معنویت در میان سالمندان ایرانی است.</h1><h1 style="TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% PAGE-BREAK-AFTER: auto TEXT-ALIGN: justify MARGIN: 0cm 19.85pt 0pt TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida LINE-HEIGHT: 80% mso-pagination: widow-orphan" dir="rtl">روش: برای تهیۀ نسخۀ فارسی در این مطالعه، از روش استاندارد مدل ترجمه IQOLA پروژۀ بین‌المللی ابزار کیفیت زندگی برای ترجمۀ مقیاس معنویت در سالمندان ایرانی استفاده شد. برای تعیین پایایی از هم‌بستگی درون‌رده‌ای (ICC) و آلفای کرونباخ و Test-Retest بین سی نفر نمونه در دو نوبت به فاصلۀ دو هفته آزمایش شد و برای سنجش روایی در سه سطح روایی صوری (ظاهری) و روایی محتواو روایی ساختاری (تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی) سنجیده شد. درضمن، این مطالعه از نوع هم‌بستگی است که در آن داده‌های مربوط‌به سالمندان از میان ۲۰۰ نمونه در سال ۱۳۹۱ جمع‌آوری شد و نرم‌افزار SPSS16 آن را تحلیل عاملی کرد.</h1><h1 style="TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% PAGE-BREAK-AFTER: auto TEXT-ALIGN: justify MARGIN: 0cm 19.85pt 0pt TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida LINE-HEIGHT: 80% mso-pagination: widow-orphan" dir="rtl">یافته‌ها: یافته‌های حاصل از نتایج توصیفی تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که بین اطلاعات دموگرافیک جمع‌آوری‌شده در این تحقیق، ازجمله سن، مذهب، تحصیلات و... با معنویت هم‌بستگی وجود ندارد. ازسوی دیگر، پس از انجام تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و محاسبۀ Test-Retest و ضریب هم‌بستگی درون‌رده‌ای با 003/0=p-value و محاسبۀ همخوانی درونی با آلفای کرونباخ 8/0 به‌ترتیب پایایی پرسش‌نامه را تأیید کرد و ازطریق تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، روایی ساختاری آن نیز تأیید شد.</h1><span lang="FA" style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt FONT-FAMILY: "B Lotus" LETTER-SPACING: -0.2pt mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-ansi-font-style: italic" dir="rtl">بحث: از مسائل بسیار مهمی که در مطالعه و بررسی پیامدهای عملکردی معنویت پیش روی محققان و متخصصان قرار دارد، توسعۀ مقیاس‌های مناسب برای ارزیابی‌ها و انجام تحقیقات مداخله‌ای میان سالمندان با هدف بهبود عملکردشان در این دوران است. در این تحقیق، باتوجه‌به همخوانی درونی و پایایی در بازآزمایی بالای پرسش‌نامه و همچنین، تأیید روایی صوری (ظاهری)، روایی محتواو روایی عاملی پرسش‌نامه، می‌توان گفت نسخۀ فارسی ترجمه‌شده در این تحقیق، با ابزار اصلی مطابقت دارد و می‌توان از آن به‌عنوان ابزار سنجش معنویت معتبر در سالمندان ایرانی استفاده کرد. Intorduction: According to the World Health Organization's definition of health, it is a state of complete physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. This definition shows the importance of spirituality in the elderly’s health. Due to the lack of Persian questionnaire to assess spirituality among the Iranian elderly, the aim of this study was to assess validity and reliability of the Persian version of Spiritual Involvement and Beliefs Scale-Revised (SIBS-R) among Iran’s elderly population. Methods: In order to prepare the Persian version of the questionnaire, the standard method of the translation model ‘The International Quality of Life Assessment (IQOLA) Project’ was used for translating Spiritual Involvement and Beliefs Scale-Revised (SIBS-R) among Iran’s elderly population. To determine the reliability of the scale, Intra-Class Correlation (ICC), Cronbach’s Alpha and Test-Retest among 30 samples twice with two weeks durability were tested. For assessing the validity of the questionnaire in three levels, face validity (external validity), content validity and construct validity (exploratory factor analysis) were measured. Additionally, this study is a correlational study based on which the data on Iranian elderly was collected among 200 samples in 2012 and factor analysis was done by the software of SPSS 16. Findings: Findings extracted from the descriptive results of the present study indicated that there is no correlation among the demographic data collected included age, religion, education and spirituality. On the other hand, after carrying out exploratory factor analysis, with calculation of Test-Retest (p-value=0.8), intra-class correlation coefficient (p-value=0.003) and the calculated internal consistency with Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.8, reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed, and in addition through exploratory factor analysis, construct validity of the questionnaire was verified. Discussion: One of the most important issues in studying the functional consequences of the spirituality faced by researchers and experts is development of the convenient scales for assessment and intervention research among the elderly to improve their performance in this period.
