fa عوامل اجتماعی مرتبط با نوعدوستی، در میان معلمان شهرهای یزد و نورآباد Social Factors Related to Alturism among Teachers رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <h1 style="TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% TEXT-ALIGN: justify MARGIN: 0cm 22.7pt 0pt TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida mso-pagination: widow-orphan" dir="rtl">مقدمه: نوع‌دوستی یا دیگرخواهی از نیروهای توسعۀ اخلاقی و بقا و رفاه انسان است که در دهه‌های اخیر محل‌توجه روان‌شناسان اجتماعی و جامعه‌شناسان قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نوع‌دوستی و عوامل اجتماعی مرتبط با آن، در میان معلمان شهرهای یزد و نورآباد انجام شد. </h1><h1 style="TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% TEXT-ALIGN: justify MARGIN: 0cm 22.7pt 0pt TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida mso-pagination: widow-orphan" dir="rtl">روش: روش این پژوهش، پیمایش و ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسش‌نامه است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق شامل معلمان شهرهای یزد و نورآباد است که تعداد ۳۵۰ نفر از آنان به‌عنوان نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شد.</h1><h1 style="TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% TEXT-ALIGN: justify MARGIN: 0cm 22.7pt 0pt TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida mso-pagination: widow-orphan" dir="rtl">یافته‌ها: میزان نوع‌دوستی معلمان در هر دو شهر محل‌مطالعه بهشکل معنی‌داری بیشتر از حد متوسط است. بررسی فرضیه‌ها نشان داد متغیرهای سن، سرمایۀ اجتماعی، احساس امنیت اجتماعی، پایبندی دینی و محل خدمت، رابطۀ معنی‌داری با نوع‌دوستی دارد. نتایج آزمون رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که متغیرهای سرمایۀ اجتماعی، سن، محل خدمت و دینداری مهم‌ترین تبیین‌کننده‌های نوع‌دوستی است.</h1><h1 style="TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% TEXT-ALIGN: justify MARGIN: 0cm 22.7pt 0pt TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida mso-pagination: widow-orphan" dir="rtl">بحث: نوع‌دوستی به‌عنوان جهت‌گیری و کنشی در فضای جوامع معاصر با روابط و زمینۀ اجتماعی در ارتباط است. باورها و تعاملات فرد ازطریق گشودن جهانی انسانی و اخلاقی پیش روی کنشگران اجتماعی، زمینۀ توسعۀ چنین جهت‌گیری‌هایی را تقویت می‌کند. عوامل فرهنگی و تعاملی افراد را برای درنظرگرفتن رفاه و نیازهای یکدیگر برمی‌انگیزد.</h1> Introduction: Altruism is important force for human moral development, survive and welfare that was an interesting research field in sociology and social psychology. The aim of this study is to examine social factors related to altruism among Yazd and Nurabad cities teachers. Method: The research method was survey, and data gathered with a researcher designed questionnaire. 350 teachers in Yazd and Nurabad cities were selected by cluster random sampling method. Findings: the altruism is up than scale average among teachers of both cities. Hypothesies testing showed that age, social capital, sense of social security, city of employement and religiousity are significantly related to altruism. Multiple regression showed that social capital, age, city of employment and religiousity are the most important predictors for altruism. Discussion: altruism as a social action and orientation in contemporary society is related to human relations and social context.
