fa کیفیت خدمات شهری، تعهدات شهروندی و حس تعلق اجتماعی رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal   <dir> <dir> <b><font size="2"><span lang="FA"><p align="justify" dir="rtl">مقدمه:</p></span></font></b><font size="2"><p align="justify" dir="rtl"> «حس تعلق اجتماعی» یکی از نیازهای اساسی انسان و محصول روابط اجتماعی اوست که تأثیر فراوانی بر آسیب‌های اجتماعی به‌طور عام و انحرافات محلی به‌طور خاص دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی و شناسایی نوع رابطه عملکرد شهرداری و تعهدات شهروندی با حس تعلق اجتماعی در محله و تعیین سازوکار‌های بینابینی است.</p> <b><p align="justify" dir="rtl">روش:</p></b><p align="justify" dir="rtl"> این پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی است و برای گردآوری اطلاعات آن، از پرسش‌نامه خودساخته استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری، ساکنان بیش از ۱۸ سال منطقه ۱۰ شهرداری تهران بودند که با در نظر گرفتن امکانات لجستیکی و محدودیت‌های تحقیق، ۱۵۰ نفر از آن‌ها به‌عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد و سپس، با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای برای هر محله، ۱۵ نفر انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار Spss  و Lisrel  <span lang="FA"><font size="2">و رگرسیون چندمتغیری استفاده شد.</font></span></p></font><p align="justify" dir="rtl"><span lang="FA"><font size="2"> </font></span></p><font size="2"> <b><p align="justify" dir="rtl">یافته‌ها:</p></b><p align="justify" dir="rtl"> نتایج نشان می‌دهد عملکرد شهرداری و تعهدات شهروندی رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری با تعلق اجتماعی دارد که کنترل اجتماعی غیررسمی محله‌های شهری را افزایش و انحرافات محلی را کاهش می‌دهد. </p></font></dir><font size="2"> </font></dir><font size="2"> <p style="direction: rtl"> بحث:<strong> </strong>حس تعلق اجتماعی تحت تأثیر عواملی مانند تهعدات شهروندی و کیفیت خدمات شهری قرار دارد و می‌توان با برنامه‌ریزی برای افزایش کیفیت خدمات شهری و تعهدات شهروندی، این حس را ارتقا و درنتیجه، انحرافات محلی را کاهش داد</p><b /></font> <font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt text-align: justify line-height: normal text-indent: 0in unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr"><span class="apple-style-span"><font size="2"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>Introduction:</b> Problem statement: “Sense of Social Belonging” is one of the human basic needs which is the outcome of social relationships and may have generally many impacts on social pathologies and specifically on local deviations. The aim of the present study is examining and identifying the relationship between municipality performance and citizenship commitments and sense of social belonging in the neighborhood and also identifying the mediating mechanisms. <o:p /></font></font></span></p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt text-align: justify line-height: normal text-indent: 0in unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr"><span class="apple-style-span"><font size="2"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>Method:</b> The method of this article is survey and a self-made questionnaire was used to gather information. The statistical population in this study is <st1:city w:st="on">Tehran</st1:city> citizens who are over 18 years old and live in the 10 district of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Tehran</st1:city></st1:place>. Regarding the research facilities and limitations, 150 people were selected as the sample and 15 people were assigned to each neighborhood using stratified sampling. SPSS and LISREL were used for data analysis. <o:p /></font></font></span></p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt text-align: justify line-height: normal text-indent: 0in unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr"><span class="apple-style-span"><font size="2"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>Findings:</b> Multiple regression was used for data analysis.
