fa رابطه کنترل اجتماعی و حمایت اجتماعی با تاب‌آوری در برابر سوء مصرف مواد در پسران دارای پدرِ معتاد The Relationship of Social Support and Social Control with Resiliency against Drug Abuse in the Male Offspring of Addicted Fathers رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <dir> <dir> مقدمه: امروزه، اعتیاد از مشکلات اجتماعی اساسی است. عوامل مختلفی در گرایش افراد، به‌خصوص جوانان به سوءمصرف مواد تأثیر دارند. اعتیاد والدین و به‌خصوص اعتیاد پدر خانواده ممکن است باعث آشفتگی و گرایش دیگر اعضای خانواده به‌اعتیاد شود؛ با این حال در این خانواده‌ها، افرادی وجود دارند که در برابر این مشکل، مقاومت می‌کنند. آن‌ها با وجود داشتن پدر معتاد، دچار سوءمصرف مواد نمی‌شوند، و در اصطلاح در برابر اعتیاد ناشی از داشتن پدر معتاد، تاب‌آوری دارند. مطالعات بسیاری در خانواده‌ها، نقش پیشگیرانه نظارت و صمیمیت والدین را در برابر اعتیاد و دیگر انحرافات اجتماعی نشان داده‌اند. اکنون می‌خواهیم بررسی کنیم که آیا سازه‌های متناظر با نظارت و صمیمیت والدین در جامعه، یعنی کنترل اجتماعی و حمایت اجتماعی نیز با تاب‌آوری در برابر سوءمصرف مواد در پسران دارای پدر معتاد مرتبط است یا نه. روش: در طول پژوهش مورد‌ ـ شاهدی در دو گروه، گروهی افراد معتادی که پدرشان هم معتاد بود (گروه غیرتاب‌آور یا شاهد) و دیگری، برادرهای غیرمعتاد آن‌ها (گروه تاب‌آور یا مورد همتا شده)، پرسش‌نامه‌های کنترل اجتماعی و حمایت اجتماعی اجرا شده است. در تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های مربع خی و تی مستقل و رگرسیون لجیستیک استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: کنترل اجتماعی و حمایت اجتماعی در گروه تاب‌آور به‌طور معنی‌داری بیش‌تر از گروه غیرتاب‌آور بود (001/0>p). رگرسیون لجیستیک نشان داد که سه بعد از کنترل اجتماعی (نظارت اجتماعی و نوع نگرش به مواد و نحوه استفاده از اوقات فراغت پیش‌بینی کننده‌های معنی‌دار تاب‌آوری در برابر سوءمصرف مواد است. بحث: تاب‌آوری در برابر سوءمصرف مواد در پسران دارای پدر معتاد، تحت تأثیر کنترل اجتماعی قرار دارد.</dir> </dir> Interdiction: Statement of issue: Today, addiction is one of the most essential social problems. Several factors influence the tendency of people, especially the young's who abuse drugs Parents who abuse drug or are addicted, especially fathers, can cause familial distortion and tendency of other family members to addiction. However, in these families, there are people who despite parents with substance abuse and addiction problems, are resident to addiction and so they have resiliency to the dugs. This study examined the relationship of social control and social support with resiliency against drug abuse in the children of addicted fathers.<o:p /> Method: Design was case - control. Sampling was non-randomized. Data gathered through both social control and social support questionnaires and a demographical researcher- made scale. Data were analyzed by Chi-square test, independent sample t-test and logistic regression.<o:p /> Findings: Social commitment, social isolation, attitude to drug abuse, use of recreational facilities, cultural and social support, were significantly higher in resilient Group than in non-resilient (control), group. There was not any difference between two groups about social control.
