fa رابطه فساد و سرمایه ‏اجتماعی در الگوهای رشد Relationship between Corruption and Social Capital In The Growth Models رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <dir> مقدمه: از مهم‌ترین موضوعات در ادبیات رشد اقتصادی، شناسایی محرک‌‌ها و موانع رشد است. نخستین تعریف مدل‌های رشد درون‌زا را لوکاس (۱۹۸۸) و رومر (۱۹۸۹) ارائه کردند. توسعه این نظریه‌‌ها در دهه ۱۹۹۰، این امکان را فراهم کرد تا متغیرهای متفاوت اعم از اقتصادی و سیاسی و اجتماعی، وارد نظریه‌های رشد اقتصادی شده و سازگاری تجربی آن‌ها آزموده شود. فساد از متغیرهای مهمی است که در ادبیات رشد و توسعه اقتصادی، مانعی برای رشد اقتصادی دانسته می‌شود. در مقابل، سرمایه اجتماعی را محرکی برای رشد اقتصادی می‌دانند. روش: در تحقیق حاضر ضمن بررسی ادبیات مفهومی ارتباط فساد اقتصادی با رشد اقتصادی، ارتباط سرمایه اجتماعی و فساد و نحوه تأثیرگذاری سرمایه اجتماعی بر رشد اقتصادی بررسی شده است؛ ازاینرو، با تصریح دستگاه معادلات هم‌زمان عوامل بنیادی تأثیرگذار بر فساد، ارتباط سرمایه اجتماعی، آزادی اقتصادی، نابرابری اقتصادی و اندازه دولت‌ها با فساد و ارتباط آن‌ها با رشد اقتصادی برآورد شده است. ابتدا روابط بین متغیر‌ها بهصورت رگرسیونهای چندکی در فضای دوبعدی در نرم افزار R ترسیم شده است و برای تخمین دستگاه معادلات هم‌زمان با دادههای مقطعی سال ۲۰۰۷ از روش سیستمی حداقل مربعات سه‌مرحله ای(3SLS) استفاده شده است. یافته ها: فساد اثر منفی بر رشد اقتصادی و سرمایه اجتماعی اثر منفی بر فساد اقتصادی و تلویحاً اثر مثبت بر رشد دارد. بحث: از نتایج این تحقیق این‌که انباشت سرمایه اجتماعی و آزادی اقتصادی و رشد نیروی کار، به‌عنوان محرک‌های رشد اقتصادی عمل کردند و در مقابل، گسترش فساد و نابرابری درآمدی، مانعی برای رشد اقتصادی بوده‌اند؛ بنابراین، دولت‌ها می‌توانند با اتخاذ سیاستهای کاهش نابرابری و فساد و تشویق انباشت سرمایه اجتماعی به‌سوی هدف رشد اقتصادی گام بردارند. </dir> Introduction: To identify of motivates and barriers to growth is one of the most important issues in the economic growth literature.<o:p /> Introducing endogenous growth models by Lucas (1988) and Romer (1989) and the development of this theory in the 1990s, making it possible to include economical, political and social variables in economic theories to test them empirically. Corruption is one of the most important variables in the economic development literature and it is mentioned as a barrier to economic growth and versus social capital is known as Stimulus for economic growth.<o:p /> Methods: In the present study, a conceptive literature review of the relationship between corruption and economic growth, social capital and corruption is studied and the effect of social capital on the economic growth is investigated too. Therefore, by specification of a system of simultaneous equations, fundamental factors affecting corruption, the relation among social capital, economic freedom, economic inequality and government size with corruption and their relationship with economic growth was estimated.<o:p /> At first, the relationships between variables are depicted in two-dimensional space in R software like as quantiles regressions. Cross section data 2007 and three-stage least square (3SLS) is used for estimation of the simultaneous equations system.<o:p /> Findings: The corruption has negative effect on economic growth, and social capital has negative effect on economic growth. The latter negative effect implies a positive effect of social capital on economic growth. <o:p /> Discussion: Accumulation of social capital, economic freedom and growth of the labor force acted as a stimulus to economic growth, and versus the spread of corruption and income inequality has acted as a barrier to economic growth.
