fa محاسبه وزن رفاهی دهک‌های درآمدی در ایران رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <dir><dir><font size="1"><span lang="FA"></span></font><font size="2"><dir> <dir> <font size="1"><span lang="FA"></span></font><p align="right" dir="rtl"><font face="times new roman,times,serif" size="2">مقدمه: در این پژوهش در ارزیابی طرح‌های مختلف اقتصادی ـ اجتماعی، از تابع رفاه اجتماعی استفاده کرده و به محاسبه وزن‌های رفاهی با استفاده از مطلوبیت نهایی درآمد یا مصرف می‌پردازیم. اگر سیاست دولت از اجرای طرح‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی در راستای افزایش رفاه جامعه (از طریق افزایش مصرف یا درآمد) در چگونگی تخصیص منابع بین دهک‌های درآمدی باشد در این صورت در ارزیابی طرح‌های اجتماعی، باید به هر دهک درآمدی چه وزن رفاهی داده شود تا رفاه جامعه افزایش بیشتری پیدا کند.</font></p><font face="times new roman,times,serif"> </font><p align="right" dir="rtl"><font face="times new roman,times,serif" size="2">روش: برای محاسبه وزن‌های رفاهی به تخمین تابع تقاضای خوراکی در دهک‌های مختلف درآمدی با روش حداقل مربعات معمولی پویا (DOLS)می‌پردازیم.</font></p><font face="times new roman,times,serif"> </font><p align="right" dir="rtl"><font face="times new roman,times,serif" size="2">یافته‌ها: از آنجا که مصرف سرانه واقعی هر یک از دهک‌ها با هم تفاوت دارند لذا افزایش یکسان مصرف سرانه تأثیر متفاوتی بر رفاه اجتماعی دارد. پس در ارزیابی طرح‌ها محاسبه وزن‌های رفاهی مهم هستند.</font></p><font face="times new roman,times,serif"> </font><p align="right" dir="rtl"><font face="times new roman,times,serif" size="2">نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد انتخاب وزن‌های رفاهی مناسب در تخصیص منابع بین دهک‌های درآمدی به منظور افزایش رفاه اجتماعی باعث افزایش سودمندی در ابعاد مختلف (کارایی و توزیعی) می‌گردد.</font></p><font face="times new roman,times,serif"> </font></dir><font face="times new roman,times,serif"> </font></dir><p align="right" dir="rtl"><font face="times new roman,times,serif" size="2"> </font></p></font><p align="right" dir="rtl"><font face="times new roman,times,serif"></font></p></dir></dir><p><font size="2"><br></font></p> <font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt text-align: justify line-height: normal text-indent: 0in unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr"><font size="2"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>Interdiction:</b> In this research, for evaluating various economic - social projects, we use welfare economics approach function, in order to calculate the weight of welfare and the marginal utility of income or consumption. If the purpose of government policy from economic and social projects is increasing social welfare through resource allocation between income deciles (through increased consumption or income) so what weight would be appropriate for each docile?
