fa رابطه سرمایۀ اجتماعی با رفاه ذهنی کارکنان وزارت رفاه و تأمین اجتماعی رفاه اجتماعی اصیل orginal <dir> <dir> <font size="1"></font><font size="1"><p align="right" dir="rtl"><font size="2"><font face="times new roman,times,serif">مقدمه: این مقاله با هدف بررسی رابطۀ سرمایۀ اجتماعی و رفاه ذهنی در کارکنان وزارت رفاه و تأمین اجتماعی انجام شد. </font></font></p><font face="times new roman,times,serif" size="2"> </font><p align="right" dir="rtl"><font size="2"><font face="times new roman,times,serif">روش: تحقیق پیمایشی حاضر با نمونهای متشکل از ۱۶۰ نفر (کارکنان وزارت رفاه و تأمین اجتماعی) در سال ۱۳۸۸، انجام شد. روش نمونهگیری طبقه‌ای متناسب بود و برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه استفاده شد. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره روش‌های آماری به کار رفته بود.</font></font></p><font face="times new roman,times,serif" size="2"> </font><p align="right" dir="rtl"><font size="2"><font face="times new roman,times,serif">یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد رفاه ذهنی، هیچ تفاوتی با متغیرهای زمینه‌ای مطرح شده در تحقیق (سن و جنس و ...) نشان نمی‌دهد. بین شبکۀ اجتماعی و مشارکت مدنی و اعتماد نهادی با رفاه ذهنی رابطۀ معنی‌داری وجود ندارد؛ اما بین سرمایۀ اجتماعی و شاخص‌های اعتماد بین شخصی و اعتماد تعمیم یافته و مشارکت اجتماعی رابطۀ معنی‌داری وجود دارد.</font></font></p><font face="times new roman,times,serif" size="2"> </font><p align="right" dir="rtl"><font size="2"><font face="times new roman,times,serif">بحث: نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد میزان رفاه ذهنی افراد تحت تأثیر سرمایۀ اجتماعی آنان است؛ یعنی افزایش میزان سرمایۀ اجتماعی افراد به افزایش رفاه ذهنی آنان منجر می‌شود.</font></font></p> </font><p align="justify" dir="rtl" ></dir> </dir> <font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt text-align: justify line-height: normal text-indent: 0in unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr mso-pagination: widow-orphan"><font size="2"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>Introduction:</b> In this paper, the relationship between social capital and subjective welfare among the staff of Ministry of Welfare and Social Security have been studied. The basic question of this study is “What is the relationship between Social Capital and Subjective welfare"? and "Do staff’s Subjective welfare, lead to increase Social Capital or not?".</font></font></p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt text-align: justify line-height: normal text-indent: 0in unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr mso-pagination: widow-orphan"><font size="2"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>Method:</b> research method was survey, for collecting data, questionnaire was used. 160 people of the staff of Ministry of Welfare and Social Security (1388) were selected by Cochran’s formula, based on proportion classification sampling.</font></font></p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt text-align: justify line-height: normal text-indent: 0in unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr mso-pagination: widow-orphan"><font face="Times New Roman" size="2"><b>Findings:</b></font><b><span style="font-family: Lotus font-size: 12pt mso-ansi-font-size: 10.0pt" dir="rtl"><span> </span></span><span></span></b><font face="Times New Roman" size="2">the research indicates have shown that subjective welfare dosnt have any significance difference among background variables discussed in this research such as sex, age, and so on.
